I felt unsafe because we were 2 ladies with seven girls with males in the house that has to do everything for us. When I made a booking, I couldn't add another room, because the web showed sold out. When we arrived the tendant gave us two ladies a double bed in a very small room. I asked him for single beds and then he moved us. The bathroom in the room where I slept was having a leaking pipe all over the floor. We couldn't get the television on and couldn't log in. The beds are old and very squeeky. The other room where the girls slept, we could not switch of the light. The other room television also didn't want to work. At breakfast the table was set with sideplates to eat out. The eggs was good, but dished up in one dinner plate. No crockery set on the table. Had to ask for knives and forks. Toast was good, but no butter on the table, had ro ask for it. Tea was made in a jug flask with milk already in the tea, and as I don't drink milk, had to ask for a cup of black tea. THERE WAS NO COFFEE OR ANY JUICE. Thanks for the grated cheese. We would have appreciated bacon and eggs, rather than polony and eggs. As I was also travelling with kids who were going to be very active and busy the day with trials, some cerial would also be added to breakfast, maybe also a fruit. As I knew after the booking and payment made already that I was havng to stay in Laudium, which I'm not fimiliar with the area, I knew it was inside a Indian residential area after I spoke with the owner, she could have put us in one of her ither guesthouses, because on the booking I spesifically asked for a place in Centurion. The gates of the guesthouse was also locked and the number to phone on the name board was not working. Had to stand and wait in the dark street for the tenant to open for us. We felt unsafe. Hope you find this review as a platform to render a better service. Thanks to Mohammed for being helpful and polite during our visit.

The owner of this place was only Happy with our money as they couldn't open for us and their gate was locked. We tried calling the number provided but could not go receive help. We then paid for another accommodation. Bad business on their part.

I think that if you gave guests perhaps a remote for gate, it would help, instead of Mohammed opening late into the night. I know he does it without any issue but that is the only thing I think that will mak eit easier. Also, parking may be a bit squashed if all rooms are booked I would imagine.

It is very far from Centurion Central. The area is dirty and dangerous. Right accross a train line. The street and corners were full of dirt. The place looked like a prison from the outside. A man was sitting outside and was not aware that we were staying there for the night. He greated us wearing a vest and shorts. We stood in the hallway for +- 20 min trying to verify the booking with him. He did not even have a email address. My wife and son was sent to a lounge area to sit and the lounge suite was tatted and torn. Kitchen had a dirty fridge with no light in it. Other peoples food in it too. Room was horrible and dirty. There was bread in the drawers of the room. The toilet was unsanitary. Worse place ever. Scary, old fashioned, dirty, unsanitory, horrible, unsafe, scary. It was a total nightmare. Due to that we left straight away. Hopefully we can be refunded by Booking.com as this is no place to send any human being :( I would not reccommend this place to anybody :(

We didn't get access to the property, because we found only the security guy and he unfe nothing about bookings. He asked for the proof of payment, we provided it but he didn't understand anything, still. We had to drive back to Free State. That was my worst experience

No hot water The care taker knocks on the door at 11:30pm disturbs your sleep just to move to accommodate more people in the pouring rain So many roches there, the doors don't close the room was untidy like they were watching a soccer match before we came, very very very unacceptable STAY AWAY from this place The pictures are a lie!!

It was loadshedding and they did not even have a portable light to put in the room so it was very dark... The breakfast was worse but we manage to eat it.. We couldn't even take a bath the following morning because the water didn't want to drain... We had to put tissues in the basin because there wasn't a tub...

guests must not demand things they must get it,and put small table 2 chairs,2 cups to drink water or any drink,kettle and coffee and tea staff to avoid guest to see your untidy kitchen.check plugs and light if they are working,i didnt take any photos because it was not interested place.

this establishment should not be even advertised on booking.com the aircon in the room did not work , there was no remote control. i was promised parking , but was given none. i made arrangement for a 2pm arrival. but when i got there at 2:45. there was no one to meet or welcome me. i had to phone a guy by the name of Yusuf. who said he will be there in 10 minutes. but only arrived 45 mins later. i only got my room after 4:30pm. this guy had no information about my booking, and neither was he aware of my arrival.

the area in which the location was situated seemed very dodgy. i was not comfortable with having breakfast there , as there was a guy in t-shirt and boxer shorts preparing the breakfast.. the room was fair for the price. the bathroom was disgusting. the taps didnt work properly in the sink and the hot water was like barely dripping out. the tub was unsightly. the window in the bathroom did not close as the handle was broken.
