We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Fabulous breakfast options, good coffee. Spacious comfortable and excellent facilities(plunge pool, lounges, library and honest bar). Quiet location. Super friendly owner/hostess.

Excellent Wi-Fi. An unbelievable fresh Breakfast. Smoke Trout, Parisian Quality Pastries. Homemade Jams and Jellies. Spacious Living Area. Stunning Hot Spa Area with fireplace. And to top it all off. The BESt Hostess. Celia. I travel over 180 days a year worldwide and this is in my top ten. Way up there. Oh, by the way Hermanus is a extremely worthwhile stop. Sophisticated and great sights and adventures.

Fantastic boutique guesthouse with a friendly and accommodating host. Spacious rooms and communal areas. Great communal area facilities such as relaxing sofas, fire place, patio area, pool, cellar etc. Excellent wine cellar with variety of wines/spirits to choose from. Good selection of soft/alcoholic drinks and snack from the honesty bar placed in room and communal area. Fantastic breakfast buffet with the option to have a cooked breakfast! South AfricaThe weather was terrible during our stay, but despite that, the guest house was so good, that we really enjoyed our visit to Hermanus.
The accommodation is excellent. The rooms are spacious and of a very high standard. All the comforts of home plus more. Generous public areas to relax in sophisticated luxury. The property is in a quiet upmarket suburb above the town, but with easy access by car to the tourist areas. Celia, the manager is a superstar. She makes all the guests feel special and goes out of her way to make your stay exceptional.

United KingdomThe motion sensor in the bathroom switched on the main lights, apparently for safety reasons. However this is an overkill & made the whole going-to-the-bathroom-in-the-middle-of-the-night experience rather unpleasant.
Great location, with spacious, very well appointed & luxurious rooms. Celia & her team were fantastic hosts. We appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom & the electric blanket on the bed!
