Erich was an exceptional host and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Erich's attention to detail was superb and had thought of just about everything we needed. Even down to providing a walking trail map and vouchers for the hikes.

When I went to shower late the night there was no water. I did however manage to shower the next morning. I suspect another guest must have been using the washing machine at that time.

It felt like home. The host was brilliant. The property size represent good value for your money. It's got all you need. Will stay here again for sure.

It was honestly better than what we expected and we regret not booking for a longer stay. Unfortunately, and understandably, Serenity Lodge was fully booked when we wanted to extend our stay.

Everything was amazing for us. The place is spacious, clean, and well equipped. The view was spectacular. Erich is friendly and welcoming. In addition, we liked the privacy from other guests.

Couch and outside deck chairs were uncomfortable. Needs a hairdryer. A small bar of soap in the bathroom would have been appreciated, maybe shampoo and conditioner as well.

Location and view were good. New, clean build, great shower and towels. Kitchen was well appointed. Friendly host. We'll stay there again, happily.

I had to go home (sad face)

The beautiful views were beautiful. Erich has a complete solar set up installed so you dont feel the loadshedding. I had to work on my trip as well and there was stable wifi connection and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Erich also really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed the stay and the unit itself was modern and well equipped with just about everything you might need. I will definitely be staying there again on future trips to Clarence!

Wifi was down but when you there, not really needed.

Great location and great scenery of the mountains afar. There was every thing needed, felt quite at home and all I just needed to bring was food to store and cook. Neighborhood centre was a walk away with a variety of cafes and things to shop for.

The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was to short.

Josephine welcomed us very friendly. Everything was was clean and in place. The property exceeded our expectations. There was everything that you need from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom. Thank you very much serenity for a wonderful property that you offered your guest. Will definitely go back to serenity.
