Visible signage is needed outside the building, for when people travel in the dark in the middle of the night. So we don't get misdirected to elsewhere in the bush. The fridge wasn't plugged in when we got there.

The signage needs to be more visible, perhaps more light on the signage especially at night, we almost got lost. The gate didn't have a guard upon arrival. More plugs will also help,we had to unplug the tv to switch on the bar fridge. The kettle didnt work,so we couldnt have tea in the morning.

The open plan design. The bed was very comfortable. Very neat and tidy too. Was nice having the option between taking a shower or a bath. Sufficient mirrors in the room.

My fridge was turned off when someone came to clean, even though I had put foot and drinks in there. So overnight they all got warm. Just something to note, if a guest has turned on the fridge its for a reason, and should be checked if food is in there.

There seems to be connection issue since we could not play TV set, aircon was dripping water and we had no iron in the room to press our clothing however Samantha took it upon herself to assist with ironing our clothing for the event from elsewhere in the facilities.

Easy booking and follow up from staff especially from the lady named Samantha, the lady was so kind and helpful from onset until we checked-out. The reception was so welcoming on arrival for check-in and assistance to get our luggage into the room.

But the place seems like it was not finished (just look at the way they made the floor or the showers next to the pool). We had a terrible strident sound from the shower tubes in our room that we heard before going to bed and in the morning while sleeping. The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of veggies options (only 1) for those who are vegetarian. As for breakfast, everything is fried but this is also their culture I guess.. In general good quality for the price.

This place has all the luxury items you want (great pool size, good bed, good room size, restaurant, nice staff and the place is big)
