The place is getting a facelift so we couldn't use all the facilities, i would've loved to use the pool, but definitely will use it the next time i visit.

The location was perfect, easy to get around and closer to many great places in Umhlanga. our Host Sis Gugu was so welcoming and amazing, such warm energy. also the breakfast was amazing. and definitely loved the room more, it was so clean, spacious and gorgeous, I really appreciated the finer details.

Our room was spacious, lovely and very comfortable. The hostess Gugu was so accommodating and friendly. We were allowed to get in a bit early to leave our luggage. A lovely cup of tea and juice was prepared on arrival. Was a short but pleasant stay. We will definitely be back to stay.

The driveway is steep, parking space is tight. There are wooden floors upstairs where other quests footsteps kept us awake until 2am. We had to sleep with the aircon on loud to filter the noise from upstairs and from the main house as the second room has a door that goes into the main house, which allows for noise to travel from the main house into the entire stay. It was a very noisy room. Not baby safe: the pool is right by the door of the room with no separation between the rooms and the pool. Open plugs. Lastly, the second room is directly adjacent the main bedroom , which is not very private.

The bed is comfortable, water and juice upon arrival, it’s clean, there is an aircon and decent tv and wifi. Coffee, sugar, milk and kettle available with small bar fridge. Host is friendly. Nice patio to relax on outside in front of the house.

The door of room 1,the outside room,would be safer facing the opposite side (the door handle) upon opening, it's risky with the present positioning, because when you open the door, just next to the first stairway,you can easily miss a step and fall as the very first step out of the door is just there as you go outside..Please relook,revisit,refix the position of this door 🚪and the last stairways holder need fastening.. thanks
