it would be great if we were told that the hot tub takes 3 hours to heat, upon check in after 2pm, there isn’t much time to utilise the facility once done waiting for it to heat especially during winter. it should be offered/ asked customers if the tub should be heated or At least start the heating process before check in.

The manager's attitude towards was a bit off, we missed breakfast as we woke up late however the chef was willing to make something for us as we were the only guests but the manager refused stating that breakfast is served between 8 and 9, so we can not be helped in any way. Weird thing is that on our check out day, we made sure we are at the Boma area by 8 so that we get food but breakfast was only served around past 9!

The staff were friendly, the room was amazing 👏 and the place is just amazingly tranquil. It is a great place to get away from the noise of the city. Best part about the stay was the hot tub and the game drive

Not much activities on offer on site

A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Very peaceful and the staff is really friendly. Nice views of the surrounding wildlife and the occasional ostrich that would roam the property. All in all was a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was amazing and the view you have from the Luxury Tents was just beautiful. WE just loved all the animals around us and the hot tub was very nice.

I loved everything about Sibani. We went on an afternoon gamedrive, got back to a warm tent. The gas heater was switched on for us, hot water bottles on our bed, everything was just sooo cozy:) Definitely worth every cent.

Had been to the lodge a week before and the weather (no one's fault, but mother nature😅) and food were the only disappointments. This time round the chef exceeded my expectations and thankfully the weather played nice as well.

The gaps in the corners of the tent, a snake came through from there into our room. That was scary.

There was a gentleman cutting the entire day. It would've been to have a peaceful outing without the sound of a lawnmower hovering. Water in the hot tub was not fresh and clean, we used the same water that we had the previous night.

The view is breathtaking, the facilities was clean and true to the photos. The staff was very friendly and keen to assist. We got to pet the one giraffe as we arrived. We had full body massages which was incredible. The picnic setup was special. Shower and bed was lovely. We couldn't use the jacuzzi as it was raining. The 3 course dinner was immaculate, big ups to the chef! We had a really nice stay!

The tents are not too far apart and the noise travels easily. Be aware of this when staying at Sibani and be considerate of other guests when doing your business.

The warm welcome from the Giraffe was a great start to a most relaxed weekend in serene surroundings. The staff is very friendly and food is not bad. The tents are very clean and really really comfortable.. The pressure in the shower was great although there was a problem with the geyser during our stay which they tried to sort out. Did I mention the amazing view from the tent - it was facing the dam and we witnessed a number of animals making their way to the dam to drink.
