It was way smaller than expected, but it really is not a big deal if you booked it to sleep and you are out during the day.

1.I did not like the fact that we were give one option of Meat in our breakfast. There should be atleast 2 options for meat so that those who do not want Pork, cab choose otherwise.. the scrambled eggs were not ideal for me but on the last day I asked for the fried eggs 2. The USB ports in the room were not working which inconvenienced some of us

some parts of the area aren’t taken care of well in terms of the buildings, but are safe nonetheless. I didn’t like how the basin was part of the room, would’ve appreciated a separate bathroom altogether.

rooms are microscopic and there was the sound of central ventilation in the room all night long even with a/c turned off. bathroom is not really a bathroom the toilet is right next to the bed separated by a wall sink is in the room itself where you sleep

for the price it is a good deal. but the photos make it look much “luxurious” than it really is. breakfast buffet was great staff were friendly

The location although very central may not be the best one if you need to visit Cape Town and travel around. absence of a mini bar was a minus

nice hotel located in the very centre of Cape Town, it met our expectations for the budget we planned on spending. nice and welcoming staff, good breakfast and nice clean rooms although maybe a bit too small if you plan on spending severa days.

No mini fridge to keep store-bought water cold. They have purified water via the tap but didn't drink as prefer bottled water. Would prefer a ceramic teacup instead of throwaway ones that need to be replaced by cleaners.

Great central location, close to airport, beach, bo-kaap and airport (20mins). Room is a little on the smaller side but perfect for a good night's sleep. Appreciated the large shower and balcony with views of mountains.

My first impression of the room is that it was small however i admit it was a clever use of space and I soon adjusted. Whereas at time of booking the app indicated breakfast was included in the price, both the hotel and booking.com confirmed it was not inclusive after I followed up. TV bouquet was restrictive - no YouTube/Netflix/DSTV. Elevator sometimes didn’t make it up to the top floor. Some of the USB charging ports were broken. A type-C port would be a nice addition in future.

Hats off to the staff - always smiling and accommodating. Thanks Thando and team. The coffee machine and patio were a hit for my family crew of 11! Top notch Wi-Fi. Beautifully decorated, fresh and clean. Excellent proximity to waterfront, numerous banks, restaurants & shops that close as late as 11pm. Safe area. Nice view of the city from some of our rooms.

The rooms are quite small but since I spent most of the day around the city and just came back to sleep, I didn't mind.

The staff was amazing. They were extremely kind and helpful. It's a beautiful place and it is well located so it was easy to get to places. The food was good too.

I would maybe do a little bit more with breakfast, but there is nothing that I would say was disappointing about my stay here.

The location is central with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was okay, but would not be the reason for met to return though. The staff at the property was really friendly and made check-in an absolute pleasure. I will definitely stay here again.

Check-in... the lady Lisa, noted there was an error and immediately assumed it was on my part, with out checking. Instantly suggesting that I am liable for an additional charge. The same lady also did not wish to accommodate my request for late check-out, which I wished to postpone by 1 hour only. Very unaccommodating attitude was what I perceived. Although conveyed in a witty manner.

Love the design and general aesthetic. Breakfast was good too, and I really enjoyed the espresso coffee machine on the floor.
