There was no parking available at the hotel and I had to pay for parking at the parking bay across from the hotel.

The location was central to where I needed to be and the room was equipped with everything I needed. The staff were very accommodating and the views were well received. Breakfast was more that sufficient.

There was no parking available at the hotel itself. This did not pose too much of a problem as there is a parking bay diagonally across the hotel. We did have to pay for parking though but there was security guarding the vehicles so it was worth it.

The location is fairly central. We were travelling for work and the conference was held not too far away. Traffic was not much of a problem and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The views were a bonus as well!

Would've liked more stiff pillows. The lift is a bit slow at times which can get frustrating. I stayed there with the two oceans marathon, I would like if the hotel could arrange transport for some of the athletes that might be interested rather than everyone struggling along all by themselves. I am sure that a lot of guests will make use of the transport if it is available.

The location is close to the V&A waterfront. Our room had a double bed and enough space for two people. Would've liked more stiff pillows. The breakfast is fantastic every time. The lift is a bit slow at times which can get frustrating. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. Will go back again and refer friends and family.

No bar fridge on the room. . The breakfast was cold in the morning .all other things were okay nice shower .the serving staff at the kitchen very slow .The scrambled eggs were wet not well cooked.

Like fresh air, window could not open. I think maybe due to the strong wind in the Waterfront.

Breakfast was fine. Main meal not good overall impression, was not well presented. Like the fruit very much. And would have liked if the room smell fresh or had a citrus or lemon grass diffuser.

Kitchen staff that were on duty on our 3rd and 4th day ,they were not informative and not friendly-NO!90%of them had a bad customer service

Theres no closet spaces at all. Housekeeping to us came only upon request which is not too bad but i am not used to that.

Nice hotel but not too spacious. Perfect for couples than family or groups.

We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant for our last night, the orders were incorrect and very delayed. The waitress was very kind and apologised. They were really short staffed and I think that was unfair for the restaurant staff. They did their best, but it was too much to handle. I hope the management, will staff the restaurant accordingly especially on busy nights.

It was disappointing to find out that the rooms had no bar fridges. We had no place to keep our cool drinks or any take away food. The lack of closet space also meant we had to live out of our suitcases, which was tedious as we had to re-pack our bags every day to allow housekeeping to clean.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront. Breakfast was also good and the staff very friendly and quick to address our needs.

We were 3 in the room and only 2 towels, cups and coffee.

What a wonderful place. Highlight for us when we came back from an evening out and there was coffee and the best chocolate brownies available for a midnight snack. I will without doubt be back. Good value, excellent safe location and the staff is SO friendly.
