We enjoyed the setting in the mountains with the clean fresh air. We love the area being right in with nature and knowing that we stay on a organic farm while still being safe and secure. The fireplace was fantastic on the cold evenings.

If you are not fit then the walk up to the accommodation was rather steep and very uneven, fine for us, but if you are not steady on your feet, then this may be a challenge.driving would be fine.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the decor could perhaps do with an update. I'm being picky as for the price they are absolutely fine!

We stayed one night for La Colombe, which is literally a 1 minute walk from the rooms. The restaurant is truly exceptional, and the location fantastic.

The night time security lights outside the unit did intrude despite the blinds/ curtains

The location was wonderful and quiet with stunning views. The staff were very pleasant especially those at the entrance gate and reception. The ladies in reception were very accommodating when we unexpectedly had to extend our stay by 3 nights. Unfortunately at the moment breakfast is not available but there were good tea/coffee facilities with a jug of fresh milk in the fridge each day.

We knew upfront cafe was closed and truly missed being able to order a drink or even a coffee. Breakfast was not on offer (we knew) and thus not even coffee. the receptionist again was amazing in offering a small welcome drink and making references to places for breakfast, but a miss here. Wanted to spend more time in and around the room enjoying views and small hikes.

Beautiful views, great reception staff. Extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist. A big big thank you! Room huge and comfortable, though lots of mosquitoes without an a/c. We feel that the estate is going thru refurbishment and therefore not fully operational? Hardly any coffee, no drinks to be ordered. Truly a shame, we believe once fully operational again the prices will go up. So do come and stay now and enjoy. Just bring your own drinks and coffee and you are all set. Lunch or dinner at La Colombe on site is a MUST and not to be missed.

The bathroom had a bad drain smell and the shower overflowed / water didn’t drain well so the bathroom floor ended up soaking wet.

The room was beautiful and there was airconditioning which was great seeing that it was such a hot day and evening.

No one came to clean our room or remove the refuse. Found this to be the only issue with the accommodation. No other negative remarks about the accommodation

The shower head does not work - no point spending so much money on a lovely interior and then putting in a cheap shower head that does not work. Look into that. All else good.
