Great location in terms of being close to the Harbour View mall complex. Sheets were super soft. Slept like a dream. Lovely sea view balcony to enjoy my morning sunrise coffee. Dean & Hilary were super helpful with providing insights to the area. I would stay again for sure.

I Liked everything

Always nice to return to De La hilcremat, it is always an unforgettable trip in a house near the sea. Every year I marvel at the view from my room. As for the room, it is very comfortable, good facilities, a balcony to relax that is breathtaking. The owners Hilary and Dean are very friendly, very welcoming and give many tips on what we can do close by.

No complaints. Gusty winds come with the territory.

Gracious hosts. Great view. Close to all the sights of the peninsula - penguins, point and capes. Nearby Simon's Town is laid back vibe with nice restaurants. More action in 10 minutes drive to Kalk Bay, buzzing at late afternoon/evenings.

Nothing at all to dislike about this property, it is so good. I cannot think of anything which I did not like.

This accommodation was excellent, and a real find. It was a better location than staying in Simonstown as there is a lovely beach nearby and also a new shopping centre (with great coffee!). The room was bright, modern and very clean, and also had a wonderful balcony. Excellent communication with the friendly hosts, good security and a very pleasant stay. The room is great base in this area and has a very quiet location. Sea views and the sunrise views were a bonus. Clean, very comfortable and also a very good bathroom. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at De La Hilcremat. The room has stunning views of the ocean and is ideally located close to the beach and restaurants as well as a mall. The room size is perfect for a couple and has everything you need. Dean is a wonderful and friendly host.
