Your pork (tasted like old skin) and beef sausages (far too much salt). Only one bottle of water for 2 people?? Parking a double cab on P4 was very difficult. Too much electronics. Struggled with app. Plastic plants ?? Come on guys in one of the greatest floral areas in the world!

Rooms, shower etc great. Lifts excellent. Staff professional. Airconditioning. Help with taxi. Decor (gold) was bit over the top but I overcame the feeling. At least you were consistent. Room lighting was great except toilet light going on and off.

Further from the harbourside than I had anticipated and along major roads so relatively unpleasant to walk. Not the hotel's fault but not having a shuttle to and from the airport is a big disadvantage as taxi drivers are dishonest!

Great breakfasts, comfort, views, staff helpful, security.....a bit glizzy for my taste, but that is not important. Liked the sofa in the room + room facilities; well located for the city centre and hop-on-hop-off bus.

Didn't like that the lift doesn't have access to every parking space. The bathroom wasn't all together... Thought room would be slightly bigger... especially by the bubble section. Pictures also showed a couch.

Really liked the view and that the price included breakfast.

The only problem. Only problem was the bed that I laid in pillow smelt like vomit. Threw it off of the bed and under the pillow was a lumpy feel like it was vomit particles. Obviously the bed had not been changed🤮 but other than that the stay was wonderful

Breakfast options were very limited . More hot items required - veg options . The breakfast staff were not friendly and quite rude when requesting the refills on certain items offered. Waffles were always finished. The assistant helping with Hot Chocolate from the kitchen (machine ran out-self-service option) was quite rude when requesting 4 cups(family of 4) , sounded as if it was burden. We gave them a benefit of the doubt, hoping that the long weekend might of just made them tired.

The aesthetics of the hotel blew our minds. The Breakfast was hot and tasty. Reception staff and security personnel was friendly and attentive. The views from the hotel was incredible and comfort in general was good. Felt very safe. The app for the hotel was very informative and helped with food- hitech. Enjoyed the facilities- Pool and Gym.

We had booked a number of rooms, one of which was for my daughter on the eve of her 21st Birthday. We wanted to suprise her at breakfast and all be seated around the table waiting for her. I was disappointed that when I called in advance to make a table reservation and I was told on separate occasions that I couldn't book or arrange a large table in advance. It was an inconvenience having to contact your operations manager who was happy to assist.

Great variety and selection of food for breakfast.

The parking spaces are cramped, and the secured parking has one lane for traffic and on coming, so its a bit od a hussle getting to it. The room was small, there's alot of furniture pushrod in to fit the room leaving very little wiggle room.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The gluten free breakfast box I requested included food in it that had gluten i.e. jungle bar contains gluten oats. The chocolate muffin looked like the other muffins and did not have a gluten free label on it so I did not want to risk eating it. I am allergic to gluten and even though the breakfast bag said gluten free on it, the food was not labelled gluten free so I was very cautious about what I ate and what I didn't. I only ate the sandwich as it looked like gluten free bread as it was smaller than the other sandwiches. There were also no spoons included in the breakfast bag so we could not eat the yoghurts that were provided which was a shame. Food allergies must be taken seriously by the hotel/staff when food is prepared as for some people it can be a matter of life and death when e.g. you have a nut allergy. Thankfully my gluten allergy is not as severe as this. However, I would expect from a 4 star hotel, that has a mixture of local and international guests, the staff should be well educated and trained in food preparation. And allowances should be made for guests with food allergies. I wasn't keen on the tea/coffee facilities being on each floor as opposed to being in our room. My husband could not use the tea/coffee maker as it had run out of milk and hot water. More regular checks need to be made by staff to ensure that the machines are in good working order and topped up. We also discovered that the wifi signal in the bedroom was not strong enough for our daughter to use her tablet on her bed. We also struggled to turn the tv on and off. My husband could not turn the tv off by the remote and had to turn it off on the actual tv. My tv turned off ok but wouldn't turn on in the morning. Overall our stay was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the doorman and the receptionist upon check-in. We liked the novelty factor of the hotel being very 'bling' and over the top re decor. Our request for a late checkout was authorised which was nice, thank you. Breakfast had a good choice for the whole family, however, none of the food was labelled for allergy sufferers like myself re 'free from gluten', and there were no gluten free options of bread/toast that I could see. The private parking was a bonus, and the views from the top of the hotel re bar and restaurant were great.

It would have been nice to have our own bar fridge in the room and our own kettle, even though the coffee machine outside the room was nice to have. The room was smaller than expected.
