We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Some nice surprises: They gave us vouchers for coffee and a snack at a local eatery. Bottles of both still and sparkling water water were provided in the room. Very helpful and friendly host and staff. Great facilities.

South AfricaThere was a huge party the one night and the guests refused to go to bed at cerfew time - host handled it well. The only real fault is that the staff come in at 7 30 am and are quite loud so can't really sleep in.
The host was amazing went above and beyond to ensure we were always happy and comfortable. Even decorated the room for us as it was our honeymoon. Was very impressed with the level of care showed for her guests.
