The fact that it's two rooms attached to each other, whatever is being done in the next room can be felt on the next room. There were kids on the next room who were running around their room and I felt it in my room. There were no shower caps in the room, it could have been a mistake

The place is clean, nice location and added a different feel coz of the structures which is different from other places.

The fact that I booked 2 x single beds,even called to confirm 2 x single beds.Upon arrival we had 1 x double beds for 2 guys?.Returned to reception,but staff left.Called the number,but the lines are diverted to JHB.Not good at all.

No microwave, no drinking water, the room need lace curtains just so one can still be inside the cabin but still get to view outside.

The staff lady in charge during night duty when we checked in on the 22 March. She had no time she couldn't even show us how the appliances work like aircon and so forth. No brief talk of breakfasts and what not. Yhe bathroom light was not working ,she sow that but still she made us sleep in that room.she dod not even apologize for that or even try to locate us in another room because there were empyt rooms. The cleaning lady over that weekend only made the bed.she did not clean the floor, shower and so on. She would wake us up wanting to clean but yet she hasn't done cleaning rooms were guests have checked out in the morning. She should have started with those rooms while she waits for our room while we are out not to wake us up. On Monday 25 when we had to check out we waited for the shower gels for 3 full hours.we called the reception. Always getting the same response we are on our way. Imagine 3 full hours from reception to room 37. The cleaning ladies do not refill things needed to be refilled. The rooms could need television as well plus a sitting chair

The direction made us get lost because it's only the board that you find at the road and it says you have reached your destination, but there is no the lodge we called the landline on the board and it was answered at lanseria and the call centre agent we talked to said we must just look around we will find it he won't be able to help us and went to the phabeni gate still no sign og the sleep over lodge we had to ask around and we were helped by the security guard of phabeni gate . Then when we arrived at the sleepover the security guard who was on duty refused us to enter the premise we had to park outside and it was late, he said they have to confirm our booking before we enter, so our life were in danger. So I'm asking myself if we didn't book on-line how are they going to tell us to wait outside.. the service was poor but Mariam she was friendly to us, but we will never ever book at sleep over again , poor service

We went to sit on the balcony and closed the door ,a lot of insects flying around .the door locked and we could not get back in.the receptionist had a bag of spare keys but could not find one.iasked to give the bag to try all the keys and she refused.we had to sleep in another room without critical medice,food and clothing.the next morning the manager came with the spare keys and opened the room

The housekeeping was slack due to lack of staff which contributed to the poor housekeeping. Towels, soap, toilet paper and everything pertaining to having coffee in the morning was not replenished on time. Everyday i had to ask for one think or the other. The one room we occupied was constantly wets so we had to lay towels over the wet patch to absorb the moisture.

The location was perfect, i found that it was easy to get around for one place to another. The accommodation was very convenient and close to most of the amenities. This made things very easy for us when we needed to get stuff.

I express my dissatisfaction with the service provided, as it fell significantly below expectations. During our check-in at 14:30, we encountered an issue where one of the two rooms we had booked was not prepared for our occupancy. Subsequently, upon our return, we discovered that the key card assigned to the room was inactive, rendering access impossible. Regrettably, when we sought assistance at the reception, no personnel were available. In our predicament, the security guard stationed at the gate reluctantly intervened; however, his demeanor was characterized by rudeness and an unwelcoming attitude. Notably, when he opened the door to the inaccessible room, he departed without ensuring our well-being or addressing our concerns. Such a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs is, without a doubt, unacceptable. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly and corrective actions implemented to prevent the recurrence of such instances in the future.

Place was clean, nice white linen and the bed was quite comfortable.

We could not sleep from 1st day. There was loud music from the 1st day until we left. That was both from neighbors and residents. That was bad

I BOOKED WITH BOOKING.COM. CORNFIRMED AND GIVEN REFERENCE. I ARRIVED AFYER 23H00. I IWAS TOLD THE PLACE WAS FULLY BOOKED AND THEY DO NOT HAVE MY ROOM, BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY RECORD OF BOOKING

THE SECURITY GUARD WHO ALLOWED ME IN THE PROPERTY, WEN APPARENTLY, HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO ALLOW NO ONE ANY LONGER. BUT HE LISTEN TO MY CASE AND WOKE UP HIS COLLEAGUES
