Would have loved my own braai stand, and a small kitchenette.

Staff was fantastic, was very clean. Animals is so tame.

The facilities and utensils have never been updated since our last visit 5 years ago. Maintenance could be sharpened up. The dam was extremely dirty. The housekeeping was not good at all. It was dirty and the fireplaces were not cleaned. The cutlery was outdated and not enough for the amount of people in the camp - the chair covers were really outdated. The chefs helped a bit but they were not enthusiastic and hospitable like the previous time.

We were at the camp previously about 5 years ago. The facilities and the experience were great, with chefs that make your food and help you with catering. They made the fire and asked what they could help with. Hospitality was awesome.

Disappointed that we didn't see all the animals at the game drive

From the moment we arrive at gate to the reciption the staff so welcoming, the chefs (I ended up forgetting their names) were so friendly they made our food and stay so enjoyable, They made us want to come back again 10/10

Much needed maintenance in kitchen - stove & oven in very bad shape & no instructions for either. With loadshedding at stage 5, would’ve appreciated a generator at peak times like when getting ready for function or during suppertime.

Location perfect. Great for group booking and get together. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - from gate (Aubrey), host (David), chefs, housekeeping staff etc. Gave staff recipes and ingredients & they had all the food perfectly ready for us.

Great setup for a group of friends with kids.General facilities of resort great to keep kids entertained. The onsite chef’s was an added bonus.

Noisy at night. The chalets are near the camping place and people put loud music to party, without any consideration for the neighbors. Very busy on Saturdays. Few people wear masks.

Nice feeding and other tours, lots of activities, space for bicycling, etc. Perfect to keep the kids busy. Convenient arrangement with students who cook for you the food you bring, including on Sunday (lunch time).

We booked 2 tents in the so-called luxury Tent Camp. There were no privacy! The fish pond was dirty and mosquito invested. The dining and barbecue area's layout was poorly planned and to say the least a disaster. There were three families that occupied the luxury tented camp during our stay. We had to wait for each other to use the ONE fire place (the other fire-place next to the dirty pond was overgrown with long grass) and again wait for each other to use the dining area.

The facilities at the camp are in serious need of upgrade and upkeep. Some of the furniture is very old, dining chairs wonky, beds need upgrade of mattresses, bedding and towels. The kitchen needs serious stocktake and upgrade of kitchenware. Kitchen appliances also need a serious check-up and maintenance. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the cook-in-training and David. No negative comments about the staff.

When booking all four camp units, you have exclusive service from three chefs who prepare any meals you bring ingredients for. It was surreal and the chefs were excellent🌟

The cupboards in the tented camp can be redesigned to have more shelving space.

The ladies who cooked us breakfast were amazing and friendly. Lovely being in the bush with the animals. The children swam all day.

We would really have liked an aircon or bigger fans in tents - quite hot in the tents - 1x ceiling fan not enough. Also some of the branches could use a trim - when driving to parking at tents, your car gets scratched, but overall a lovely experience. We've already booked our next stay.

Staff at tented camp very professional. I bought ingredients for a dish, left recipe on counter, because I didn't see the chef & on our return we had lovely chicken pies ready to eat and a lovely fire crackling outside! They are super stars!
