My room door was not closing easily, but that was not a big deal, I had to push it hard to close. The hotel should maintain the door of the room.

The staff were incredibly helpful, with a smile on the face all over the hotel. The breakfast was very good, the hotel provides a shuttle every one hour to the near shopping mall and back. Storage for luggage is provided free of charge. All in all it was a very good experience.

Comfortable room with a good desk to work at. And it was great having a restaurant in the hotel, which I found to be of a high standard. I had a great dinner there and the breakfast was excellent. Also the hotel was well located.

The shuttle from Sandton City mall was so late I ended up taking a cab after waiting for more than 20 minutes.

The breakfast was good but the dinner was the best part of my very short stay. Room service was very efficient and the food was great and it was delivered to my room while still hot.

The carpets in the corridors were obviously worn down and discolored and need replacing. Even though I was not in danger, I still felt that the property should have had more security measures through the garage into the lobby

Staff could have been quieter. There is no need to talk loudly or shout across the room. I am nit picking here. It wasn't really an issue. The house keeper who came to make up the room in the morning asked for help to dress the bed and i wondered if this was a normality. I didn't mind. A pleasant woman by the name of Bongiwe.

The breakfast was beyond expectations. It was refreshing to have a huge selection of vegetarian options. I particularly liked that the pork was away from the rest of the other food. Every station from the coffee station , to the yoghurt station was neat and clean. It was very appealing to fetch food and enjoy the ambience. Well done. Keep up th excellent work.
