The pool was being refurbished. The whole building needs an update. The patio of the restaurant needed some work too

The staff were extraordinary. Very polite and helpful in all matters. They tended to my 4 year old with so much warmth. Breakfast was good but the menu remained the same everyday for the week I was there.

The bathtub was not very clean and there was hair in it! The breakfast staff were not very friendly. The pool was closed and was under renovation. Everything else was good!

The shuttle to the waterfront was great! The breakfast was really good. The room was nice and comfortable. The views from the room were great. The location was good but a bit far from the waterfront but there’s a free shuttle to and from the waterfront and it’s very close to the bus stations including the red city sightseeing bus stop.

The staff were friendly and always available. Rooms were clean. Shuttle to the waterfront was a huge perk Live piano in breakfast and the lobby was very relaxing

Great hotel all round, location is great and free bus to V&A waterfront is a bonus, staff are great all very good. I would return in a heartbeat. Special me tin for Oli and Leo in the bar who kept us entertained every evening.

All good except the restaurant was closed to the public on Sunday night and as it was our celebration night for our 40th this was disappointing

As it was our 40th wedding anniversary I requested a bottle of sparkling wine be placed in the room but the hotel went further and placed a beautiful chocolate cake too with congratulations iced on it to add to our celebration!

Very central and close to waterfront, so a lot of traffic noise all night. Undercover parking a (small) extra charge.

It is a hotel that accommodates business guests, conferences etc and touists, it's centrally located but in the business district, not a problem for us but may not be quite right for a guest seeking a purely tourist / holiday vibe.

There was a group that became intoxicated and loud, destroying the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. I sensed that everyone was a bit annoyed by this but did not dare to say anything. I think it should have been dealt with by hotel management.

Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the atmosphere at the pool area and the staff/waiters that served us at the same location were very nice. The Stella restaurant serves very nice meals and makes great cocktails.

2nd year in a row, a total debacle on overcharging, now awaiting credit. Seversl Staff at reception very very unprofessional and actually the check in and check out was the most disappointing part of the Cullinan experience

The Bar was a little noisy the first night when we arrived and wanted a light meal rather than have in room.

Central position and a free shuttle to and fro to the V&A harbour every hour with last bus leaving harbour at 10.30pm. Was ideal for morning tours from harbour or just shopping and eating trips.

Some maintenance issues, our room the shower leaked as the door gap was uneven and my kids room the shower tray leaked through the walls onto the outdoor carpet Also for the first couple of nights the air cons were not working properly but this was well resolved by the Manager
