We were happy with it all.

We self catered and found the flat contained all that was needed. Lieze and her husband were super friendly and the advice given for a great coffee shop was spot on. The shower was excellent and the fact that there was inverter back up during loadshedding was invaluable. The big windows on both sides allowed for great airflow and it was a very comfy space. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Nothing, but, when I go there again...I want the apartment without stairs.

The view is soo beautiful. While sitting on our balcony, we are literally on the beach. The beach is just around the corner...less than 5minutes walk.

Guests need to be aware of the many stairs. We are fit and relatively young, but others might find it difficult to use. The fire extinguishers really need a service.

Beautiful views from the roof balcony over Heroldsbaai. The establishment has everything you need for a night's or longer's stay. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. It is a light and airy apartment, within walking distance from the beach.

The steps to the facility is very uncomfordable. If you slip specialy when it is wet you will injured yourself badly. It should be highlighted when you make the booking.

The bed can feel soft for some but that's about it.

The absolute peace and tranquility that you get with this place is just amazing 🤩. The views of the ocean and the mountains that you get from your balcony cannot be justified with words or photos, you have to see it for yourself! The host is super friendly and helpful with so much hospitality it makes you feel right at home. If you want to just relax and unwind then look no further!

The location was beautiful! I loved the furnishings, it had a very relaxed, "beachy" feel whilst being perfectly comfortable! The deck has a stunning view over the bay and the apartment is situated very close to the beach and tidal pool.

The stairs. For abled bodied people it will be a struggle. For younger kids it will be a struggle. For disabled people its a no go. For young active people it will be a walk in the park and worth the view and location

The location and views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness were superb. Hosts were friendly and supportive. No better view on the balcony! Wish we had more time to take in the views.

The stairs can be a bit too much sometimes ;) Harold Bay has no shops so remember to stock up.

We would have liked some hanging space in the wardrobe; a bedside light (I'm a reader before going to sleep, my husband isn't!) and a dining table on the deck as we ate all of our meals up there.

The location is superb, we pretty much lived on the deck overlooking the ocean. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the hosts amazing and went out of their way to help with airport transfers and any queries we had. We look forward to visiting again.
