- Way too small fridge, freezer not functioning properly - An umbrella would have been nice to have to borrow (we experienced quite a lot of rain during our stay) - Parking closer to the room would be great (all the rain got us jumping through the garden, grass/ paving all the time)

I think an air-con system may help with the changes in weather and a little kitchen sink for the dishes as the room doesn’t have one which craps up the place if you staying over a longer period of time.

I absolutely love the location and how peaceful the place is. The room is clean and neat and is value for money. The facilities are great, it has a beautiful view from the balcony, tennis court is great and the fact that right next door is a nature reserve for walks. It is extremely close to restaurants and shops so well located.

Bed was a little hard, and small for us as hubby is v tall and we have a super king at home. Would also have liked more shelf space in the bathroom for toiletry bag & make up etc, and a hook on door for bath towels as I don't like them right on the toilet!

Loved the wooden floors and plantation shutters, kept cool without aircon. Room was big and bathroom fittings superb

For a self-catering, we would have liked a sink in the kitchen area, and one of the rooms we stayed in (Fern) was not as well set up as the other one (Pool).

The rooms were spacious, and the shower was superb. The gardens and pool are beautiful and very well maintained.

The self intro to the dogs, the owners did assure us that they are friendly but their barking did instil a bit of fear. I love dogs so I was confident I would win them, but still it was a little scary because with dogs you never know.

I just love the big yard, the little river stream that crosses through the property…witty water so clean it such a pleasure to dip one’s feet in.

The bathroom was neat and spacious but needs an extractor fan to prevent moisture damage to ceilings and cupboards, and the shower frame needs to be sealed again to avoid water messing the floors. A little sink somewhere to wash up the dishes will also be nice. But we loved our time there and was very satisfied with everything.

The location was perfect, close to all amneties especially the short drive to Kearsney College which was the reason for our weekend to the area.

Pity there isn't a proper kitchenette, which would earn this place 10/10 at all times. WiFi seems a bit weak, Netflix freezes fairly often.

Automatic Lights - They work 50/50, we bathed 50% of the time in darkness. This is a serious irritation. Bath - Is Deep and is difficult to get into and out of the bath. Suggest putting a Hand / Assistance Rail on the side to assist with this. Smokers - Not friendly. Have to be 8m away from the building. But there is no where to Sit and dispose of butts, when it's raining this is a bigger issue as you can't be under cover due to the 8m ruling.

The Location is central and easy to get to. The Rooms are nice and clean and well presented. It's relatively quiet.
