We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe shower taps were a bit difficult to set between hot and cold water. We eventually got it right, although a bit tricky. However, this was not a major issue.
Staff & owners were very welcoming, friendly accommodating & helpful. The location was very convenient. The room had all the necessary facilities, was very comfortable & beautifully decorated. It, in fact, looked exactly like the pictures on Booking.com. Had Netflix, Showmax etc & wifi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend the Haven & would stay there again if so required.

The linen is cotton, clean, bed is comfortable and firm, colours are very calming and destressing. Bathroom is beautiful, strong shower, tiling, toilet and sink👍. Small table and two chairs to seat and eat your meal. Fresh air from the Outside. Sliding door, private, kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster, Airfrier, nini fridge, cutlery, glasses, cups and plates. It was a great stay i will definately come back. Netflix, showmax and wifi. Super🙌🏻💃🏻. Great hospitality from Marie

South AfricaWell I think the owner and booking.com should communicate better as we received a room we never booked which really was a disappointment as we stayed for three nights. We just stayed aa it was too late late to book somewhere and already paid. So they need to really advertise what they have , that really was a huge disappointment and also we requested to check in at 11am in advance and it was approved but when we got there the owner said it's 2pm that was already a not good start. But during our stay the owner gave good service

Firstly it is located at escort in stand of drakensberg. We did not sleep there we canceled it and a fee of R370 was held by the owner. We were not happy about that.
