Rooms not suitable for family with young children. Wifi could not connect in the bedrooms that were further from the reception. The kitchen stove was not working properly.

The location was great, peaceful and easy to find. A good sense of security. Child friendly, clean swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

General maintenance is terrible, taps not working,wall light switch loose on wall, bathroom door off rails to close or open door. Generally it could have been a lot cleaner. Kitchen fridge faulty (door seal) and no hot water in the evening we got there.

They property was advertised as a 3 bedroom house. But it’s a one bedroom flat with 2 separate rooms. Lied about how the property looks and where it is situated. NO pool view (not even close to the pool) NO ocean view from your deck (there is no decks) not much cutlery or kitchen utensils. Aircons not working. FIY if there is no power there is NO water!!!!!

The old white receptionist lady she is so racist and disrespectful, she was shouting at us for no reason .she didn't even apologized to us instead she laid a false complain saying one of us was swimming naked, where on earth can someone do that?.. luckily we took videos of us in swimming in the pool as a proof that nobody was swimming naked, she just hates black people end of story.. we still going to expose her

The agent was nice to us , our chalet was very clean and warm and the lady who showed us the rooms was very nice, friendly and humble her name is Zandile

I was disappointed by the limited number of towels in the room booked for a couple. Only two towel for two nights, that was not good at all. The stove was not working, we used fire in the braai stand to cook

The place is old and has rusty, it’s got insects and our door in our room had a hole at the bottom which was a good entry for insects and the worse part is my friends sheet were not changed it had a stains of blood and when they reported the owner was very rude to her and she said we can found another place if we were not happy and it was at night so they had to sleep on those dirty sheets….so it was nightmare….. Monday morning we had no electricity and when we report it we had to wait for the lady who was the keys of the room where the db is coz apparently it was tripped down …. The lady was coming from her home yhoooooo it was veryyyyyy bad so we stayed then with no electricity we couldn’t do things like bathing ironing and to make food

The pictures we saw online were misleading, there was no view at all the house is just next to Safari lodge & the fact that it's 3 separate bedrooms it's a no for me. The house needs serious maintance especially kitchen & bathroom. The owner was so rude to us when we told her about the things we don't like about the house.
