Disappointed that there was a washing machine but it wasn't operational and there was no where for washing to be hung out. Shouldn't be listed if this is the case. Loo in second bathroom didn't flush well.

If I had to nitpick I would say the pillows were not the most comfortable, they are stuffed very thick and solid, ended up sleeping on pillows from the lounge.

The House is beautiful & modern, it is equipped with everything you need and didn't know you need. The owners even made provision for load shedding by providing battery operated lights and a gas stove so we could still cook. Wood was provided for the fireplace, and the sherry was a beautiful touch for those cold nights. The house is less than a 3min drive from the main road. We will definitely be back.

There was really nothing that we did not like. We love the House. We will definitely be back to make more memories together there.

Everything was just as We liked it. Need, clean, open, upgraded, cozy and enough space for everybody. Well-equipped and very nice and clean linen and the blankets was the best.

The welcoming sherry and chocolates, the BIG fireplace, electric blankets on the bed. A cupboard full of games. The kitchen was very well appointed, Anel has a very well equipped house and thought of everything! We will definitely be back to enjoy Stanley House again in summer!

Could have been more centrally located but it's not like dullstroom is huge so you can walk everywhere anyway

This property is amazing. It is peaceful and quiet and most of all, private. If you are looking for a place where you can lounge around in your pj's on the patio reading a book in the morning, this is it. The property is extremely comfortable and very well appointed. The owners really go the extra mile to make your stay special.

Extremely well suited to a family of 5-6 people in a quiet area but walking distance to everything Dullstroom has to offer. they have thought of everything, from the filter coffee, to the braai and gas braai, electric and gas stoves, packed fireplace with plenty of wood.

They could have put heaters in the rooms as it was very cold at night. More fire wood for the lounge or a heater. This was the coldest area in the house.

The location. Lovely setting, quiet area. Parking inside garden. The fireplace was lovely. Braai facilities and lovely big patio. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The little details like extra blankets in each room, electric blankets on beds and the toiletries. The chocolates and sherry were also a nice touch.
