A great place to stay. I only have one small gripe - there was a sound of water - either running or boiling (like a swimming pool pump or a geyser that is boiling) all night - usually running water is a soothing sound but for some reason this sound was not soothing. Otherwise a great place!

I think the cooking utensils could be reviewed maybe an additional pot or 2 but not serious. Also a braai grill would be handy as I did not see one around.

Only one of us could shower and the water got really cold. Two people are not able to shower, one after the other. In addition, I mentioned to the cleaning lady that the shower wasn't clean but I don't believe she cleaned it. The room is probably south facing, so it's gets really cold with no heater and the aircon doesn't work. The blankets provided are not enough to keep you warm if you're sitting in the lounge area, for example.

It has a very homey feel and all the basics you need for a short stay - fridge, stove, microwave oven and kettle, cupboard space and cutlery and crockery.. Much bigger than most accommodation. It has a kitchen, a small dining area, TV area with a couch, shower and a bedroom. A private entrance with a car shed. The driveway is a bit tricky as you cannot drive straight through but have not make a slight turn to get in, however it's not too much of an issue. The host came to see us and introduce herself and gave us some good advice as to where to go and we had some other questions about EL. The cleaning lady tidied up, most days (some days the dishes were done and other days not). She re-made the bed and swept the place, but didn't seem to empty the bins. She doesnt come in on a Friday though. I would stay here again.

The mat was not clean.

The place is spacious, it has everything you need, the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 1 night, would recommend to stay here.

The shower, I didn't have a single enjoyable shower. U start off skinny dipping in antartica then u are showering with lava then when u try to cool it down a Lil u are back to Antarctica 😭.

You have an entire apartment to yourself, with a kitchen, lounge with a TV that has Netflix. Daily housekeeping. Communicative and helpful host.

Windows were dusty and seemed not to have been cleaned in days. Female underwear left in the bathroom by previous lodger suggest less than efficient cleaning services.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with all the neccessary amenities provided. Comfortable bed and lots of storage space in the bedroom.. Nice sit out with plenty of fresh air from the ocean. Safe and secure upmarket neighborhood. Easy access to shops and essential resources..

Everything was great.

The location is perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood and close enough to all amenities. The room is very spacious with a little garden to relax outside. Completely private. The room is spotlessly clean.

Light , bright, clean and neat, with plenty of space. Gail was very friendly and accommodating to my travel plans. Fitted my needs exactly as a home base. I was there alone and felt perfectly safe in a suburban setting.

The airconditioner was noisy and did not cool the bedroom adequately. Fridge was too small for someone spending more than one night and having been travelling for a few weeks, it was not adequate for our needs. Some windows did not have curtains or blinds.

The property is well positioned in a decent residential suburb and would be well suited for an overnight stop. It was clean and the shower was great. Nice to have under cover parking for our car.
