The beach bar would be nice if it opened for a much longer time.

The place is very serene for one who is looking for a break away from the city. Their food is amazing and it serves a lot of variety. The room was also very clean and well kept. The staff is also very honest.

Harassment from staff regarding the R255 bill, it was kind of embarrassing 😳 🤦. Like did your waiters think we would run away without settling the bill? After we had even suggested to withdraw the money in the morning. Sending three different people to our room, in the middle of the night.

The property is ok clean smells really good. The stuff is amazing from reception, cleaning and the waiters. They were very helpful and very friendly ❤️❤️❤️❤️. We were late for breakfast and they were very kind allowed us to eat and relax. Loved the Jacuzzi as well🔥🔥🔥

We were booked the same weekend as a major festival of which we were not informed of. Our room was right next to the venue for the festival and the noise and movement was really unfortunate. Zero privacy as the people had full view of our room and us. Took us complaining to be moved, if I was the venue I wasn't going to book that room out for that weekend.

The service and the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to assist.

River, especially in the evening it doesn't look safe and our room was in front of the river so it didn't look safe at all and they didn't put fence incase of emergency. My partner was not comfortable

It was too noisy because bafana bafana was playing and our neighbours brought kids that made the pool to be dirty also.

The bestfast was delicious but it took long for us to order and the food to arrive.

I liked that the room were in was spacious, clean and cool. The property is beautiful with natural scenery and animals. Breakfast was also nice.

Nothing to improve

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was extra friendly. I love the courtesy calls we got, asking if we will be joining them for dinner or not... That was mind blowing. The photos on the website don't do justice to the hidden gem. We expected a lot of noise, since it's so close to the airport, there was literally nothing.

We should of received notice about the water maintenance not when the water was already switched off. We weren't given proper information of how breakfast is setup, how the jacuzzi works or informing staff that we wouldn't be there for dinner. Kept needing to go to reception to get more information. Room should be set up with basic cutlery and a plate.
