The location was great. Good activities for the kids. The manager, Chantelle, was very helpful and made our stay pleasant. The meals were great and affordable.

shower was dirty. soap scum all around on inside glass doors.. mould in grouting .. could use a proper professional clean up .. just didn’t feel like it had been cleaned properly in a while .. Also TV only has SABC 2 .. device not registered so cant change channel. See there are DStv dishes but they using ovhd now.. which hasn’t got much to watch anyways but we understand these days you need to save money and DStv is expensive. Plus you not there to watch TV I get that but if it’s an extended stay wkends for sport maybe a must as there aren’t really places nearby to watch.

Was a bit disappointed that we had to travel for dinner the first night and that there weren't any alcoholic beverages available. Yet they have such a beautiful pub. The menu needs an upgrade for sure. A bigger variety is needed. A glass of wine with my dinner and the view would have been amazing.

The cabin we stayed is was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. Quiet and tranquil, a must if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Staff was very friendly, and a bonus was the hot stone massage. Exceptional.

Would have been nice to have some muffins and more fruit variety included in the breakfast. But other than that. Beautiful place. Beds comfortable. Views are amazing. Pool is gorgeous.

The place seems a bit dated and could use a bit of TLC Nothing too dire - a loose rung on our balcony, odd chairs in the balcony and odd glasses and coffee mugs in the room's coffee station gave an air of haphazardness - not the careful touch you'd expect from a resort

The rooms are spacious and the view is amazing The staff - Nombuso and her team - will keep you as happy and comfortable as possible! Being Muslim, having the halaal delicious meals at such convenience will have me come back for sure!

A microwave and kitchen station would have made it abit easier. Shower has a very light spray, not good for someone who loves their showers.

The menu is small but excellent, the food and deserts that were made was amazing. They cater for light fetish meals also. Mrs Khan and Nombuso are great hosts, they give clients personal attention.

The owner and the staff were very friendly and took care of us as if we were the only guests. The food was nice as well both dinner and breakfast. The place itself is amazing,my family loved it and we will definitely go back again.

No iron or ironing board in the rooms. The beds and pillows were too hard. The resort should invest in a generator for the load shedding.. That will certainly attract more guests to the resort... No air-conditioned was ON when there are few guests also no filtered coffee..These are fixed when there are many guests .. like when we were leaving, we saw 4 families at the dining area.. We had to request for towels on the 3rd day, apparently the cleaning staff just simply forgot..

The location..and the shower.. Chantelle was very accommodating.. and helpful.

We had contractors working on the property during our visit and they seem to not have any regards nor respect for guests.

The cabins are spacious and very clean. I definitely enjoyed my sleep.

We really felt at home, and the hospitality was out of this world. Everyone was friendly, from the security guard at the gate, to the kitchen staff and management. The rooms are spacious and have personal balconies. Just 2 minutes to the beach.

The cups in our room were dirty. The wooden floors means you and your neighbours are very audible to each other. There was loud music at 7am.

The place is secluded, endowed with natural vegetation, walking distance to the beach. Very peaceful.

A TV that actually worked as we could not adjust the volume, sometimes had no signal and also could not change channels. No parking allocation which caused friction between other guests and having to first come first serve basis. Also there is little to no space for parking. No clean braai facilities. Also we were told there were 10 braai facilities and there were only 2 that were back to back. Room was not clean upon arrival. Resort should’ve advised this in advance as walking into the room you need to stay in and seeing the previous guests mess leaves a bitter taste. Nice fresh smelling linen would been great. Breakfast was shocking - little to no variety and all small portions. Reception was rude when addressed at checking out and full of excuses. Had water issues upon arrival. When calling the resort before 17:00 no one could answer therefore we had to walk around trying to find someone to assist. Patio set on the balcony was filthy. There is not even a walkway to take from the rooms straight to the reception/breakfast area. Garden was untidy and uncut. Having to advise if you’re coming for breakfast or not is annoying as we paid for breakfast every morning when booking the accommodation. Breakfast is served till 10:00 and apparently going up for breakfast at 09:00 is late as there is little food left over. Definitely not worth the money paid AT ALL!! Nothing but DISAPPOINTING!!
