Beautiful views. Quiet and tranquil. Indoor fireplace for the cold nights. Massive kingsize bed. Lots of roaming animals, great for kids!

There was no freezer when we were there, luckily just for an overlay night as iced drinks during warmer weather would be preferred. The farm dogs were very friendly, but a bit too at home in the cabin, especially at meal times.

Stunning views in a well maintained, comfortable wooden cabin. Lovely walks around the area. Good attention to detail with superb large comfortable beds. Our child loved his glow in dark bedding and the cinema sized TV! It was our first time using Booking.com and hosts were gracious to allow for time for us to enquire after the personal property extra charges policies for pets and breakages. Friendly working farm staff and animals. Amazing stars visible at night!

We needed a break away so much.Especially getting away from the busy city life. My family and I enjoyed every moment from the time we set foot on the beautiful farm. This is the ideal break away we could not have chosen better at the time.

Would have been nice if there had been a shower as well as a bath but apart from that can't really think of anything.

Wonderful cottage deep in the woods and with fantastic views. The place is very spacious and really has pretty much everything you could possibly need, including some very friendly dogs. :-) Really enjoyed our stay, even if it was very short.

We loved our short break. We wish we could've stayed longer. The views is gorgeous and the house is so comfy and warm. The indoor fireplace was the perfect touch for the weather. The hosts was very accommodating. We will defnitely recommend the place and will be back for another stay!

My only requests would be for a UPS for the wifi (although Crystal mentioned that this has already been ordered) and for an additional load-shedding torch as we only had one to share between us.

Awesome location and view! Crystal was a pleasure to deal with and her parents were warm and welcoming, and happy to impart lots of useful information about the surrounding areas. On their recommendation, we deviated from our original plan and went to Oudtshoorn, which ended up being a highlight of our trip.

Summer Villa it's an exceptional place to stay and enjoy. The cabin is superb, it has everything you need. But what we enjoyed the most is the hospitality of the hosts. They are great family and we had a great time sharing stories. The cabin is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view to valley. Has an amazing braii area. We enjoyed every second we stayed. Crystal greeted us upon check in. She went out of her way to assist with 2 platters seeing that it was my husbands birthday. The entire unit was amazing; the slouchy couches, Netflix and cosy fireplace was exactly what we needed with the cold weather over the weekend. I would definitely return again for a second stay...or even more!

We had a lovely stay. My boys did not want to leave. We have stayed at loads of places because we love travelling, and this unit was by far the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in! You name it, this unit had it! The boys had such a ball feeding the chickens and sliding downhill on their pants🙈
