We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaNo proper plug access for the fan, no aircon available in the room. It got quite hot and had to plug the fan in an awkward position just to get ventilation in the riom. Seemed like the neighbour's didn't sleep all night bc they were using the tap all night in an off , you could hear them. As well as early in the morning there were people speaking very loud outside disturbing others. Parking is abit tight with v little space to move in the middle as cars park both sides of the units. No place to plug in the hair drier.
Clean. Comfortable, private had all the necessary anemities. Has a nice pool and view. Close to major shops

The location, the size was very comfortable for a single person or couple. Ballito Junction was only 5 minutes away. It was very well equipped with what a person will need for a stay.

South AfricaBathroom could have been cleaner. The wire hand lotion holder was very rusted - it should just be thrown away - it was unnecessary. the ceiling could also do with a clean - it had spider webs on it.
Location was excellent, liked the fact that it had a washing machine (although i did not use it). The bottle of wine was a nice touch - but I left it behind.

South Africai had no electricity at night because the DB box kept tripping and i didnt know where go to get help. the entrance to the flat is tricky, especially because i got there and it was dark already, i had office work to complete and my laptop was dead couldnt charge it.
the availability of the owner when the location of the place was taking me else where, the cleanliness of the flat, the bonus sweets, biscuit and complimentary wine made it feel like home.

South AfricaPicture of place on booking.com does not state that apartment is on 1st floor.The pic looks like a whole house with parking outside the house whereas this is a complex.Was difficult to carry luggage and other things as parking is far from the unit.I was also very disappointed that we were unable to braai there.

South AfricaThe damper of our stay was that the DSTV was black and white, actually more black than white we could barely watch TV, luckily we had Netflix especially due to the rain on Friday and Saturday we stayed indoors reported to the host, the kitchen cupboards needs to be repaired, the knob on the stove the big plate didn't work properly, the linen on the bed was clean and fresh but the ones in the cupboard was not, we booked for 2 adults and 2 children, so we need more clean linen. The pool needed to be cleaned as there were lots of bugs in the water. The taps in the shower felt a bit weird whilst showering like a shocking feeling, did inform the housekeeper.
When we arrived everything looked like in the picture, the apartment was clean and looked comfortable, I really liked the kind gesture of the host providing a bottle of chilled wine, tea and coffee sevices with a jar of biscuits, and was glad that there were detergents and cleaning stuff available, we had a comfortable stay, thank you.

South AfricaThe water pressure in the shower was slow. The water system is weird, had to spend few minutes to find the right temperature. The draw railings are off tracks, perhaps that could do with some fixing. The shower tiles are loose, ad some windows can't stay open, it seems worn. Ohh, and the echoing in the building. Sometimes we worry to speak at all because it's so loud (in corridors)
The apartment space was great, loved the couch! There was a vaccum, which helped with all the beach sand and dust.
