There was not enough towels and bottled water in the room. The restaurant is not great, but there are plenty of amazing restaurants in the area - you just need to book ahead of time.

The hotel was easy to find, and there was plenty of safe underground parking. The rooms were modern, clean, and nicely updated, and there was a great view. The staff was really friendly.

The pool was dirty 2 days in a row. We were there early morning but the colour of the pool was horrible and there was a plaster floating around. The buffet needs a better variety and needs to make the food more tasteful. Blunt and oily food.. Not very pleasant in the mornings. The pool area are for guest of the hotel. Its such an inconvenience for the people who are going outside to the deck for the restaurant purposes. It's so uncomfortable also for guests.

Beautiful located in the center of Cape town, with spectacular views. Housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning up our rooms.

That there wasn’t a shuttle from the airport I would have paid for it But in saying that Uber was easily accessible thou

Wonderfully catered for with smoothies & cafe styled chai lattes & coffee lattes too As a pregnant traveller They catered for my needs by giving me spinach and mushroom omelettes wif cooked garlic & Avocado on toast

Well the coffee and tea and sugar was restocked on a daily basis we had to constantly remind the staff to restock and the water and SoapS needed to be restocked daily

The place was neat and tidy. Staff was always ready to assist and the breakfast was good and catered for Halaal guest. The hotel was central situated for the functions that I attended so traveling to venues was a breeze

The light in the room is too strong. There is no option to have a lighter or dimmed light when wake up. The pool is within the bar terrace area. This does not give an option to enjoy the pool on a relax basis. This was a major disappointment. 😔

The hotel is perfectly located near main attraction like V&A... I love the breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday. They proposed nice dinner options. I love the bar and the facilities of the gym. Great choice😍

There is no room service, even extra water has to be bought from outside. Pool is extremely small, more like a kids pool.

Value for money, good location, modern clean rooms. Nice rooftop bar with views of waterfront and ocean. Within a few minutes from most attractions, Uber is easy and cheap.

Service at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and we have waited almost an hour for a portion of chips. Variety at breakfast a bit limited, but still more than enough. I think there must be a night club of some sort near the hotel, because we could hear music the whole night until the next morning after 08:00, literally the same tune for 12 hours+! The family rooms only cater for 2 people - towels and coffee/tea station and we had to ask for another towel for our daughter.

Situated close to all major attractions, like V&A Waterfront etc. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very neat and clean. Block out curtains are very effective and the room was pitch dark once closed. Love the restaurant menu - there is something to please every taste. It was the most beautiful afternoon/evening and the view from the rooftop bar is breathtakingly gorgeous.

The room amenities did not cater for four people that were booked into the room. Had to request towels as there were only 2. Coffee etc was only supplies for 2 people.

The fact that the hotel does not have a complementary shuttle service hinders it from offering an all inclusive package. The customer experience may further be enhanced with inclusion of room service.

breakfast was top tier and had a wide variety to choose from. Quality of the food was of a satisfactory standard and available in sufficient quantities.
