Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere was not enough towels and bottled water in the room. The restaurant is not great, but there are plenty of amazing restaurants in the area - you just need to book ahead of time.
The hotel was easy to find, and there was plenty of safe underground parking. The rooms were modern, clean, and nicely updated, and there was a great view. The staff was really friendly.

South AfricaThe pool was dirty 2 days in a row. We were there early morning but the colour of the pool was horrible and there was a plaster floating around. The buffet needs a better variety and needs to make the food more tasteful. Blunt and oily food.. Not very pleasant in the mornings. The pool area are for guest of the hotel. Its such an inconvenience for the people who are going outside to the deck for the restaurant purposes. It's so uncomfortable also for guests.
Beautiful located in the center of Cape town, with spectacular views. Housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning up our rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located near main attraction like V&A... I love the breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday. They proposed nice dinner options. I love the bar and the facilities of the gym. Great choice😍

South AfricaService at the rooftop bar was a bit slow and we have waited almost an hour for a portion of chips. Variety at breakfast a bit limited, but still more than enough. I think there must be a night club of some sort near the hotel, because we could hear music the whole night until the next morning after 08:00, literally the same tune for 12 hours+! The family rooms only cater for 2 people - towels and coffee/tea station and we had to ask for another towel for our daughter.
Situated close to all major attractions, like V&A Waterfront etc. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very neat and clean. Block out curtains are very effective and the room was pitch dark once closed. Love the restaurant menu - there is something to please every taste. It was the most beautiful afternoon/evening and the view from the rooftop bar is breathtakingly gorgeous.
