It’s a pity the Housekeeping staff didn’t keep up with the coffee/tea station. They didn’t bother to refill my last two days there. All rooms should be checked for this!

Excellence location. Easy to get in and out of Cape Town. Close to Gardens shopping Centre. Wonderful breakfast with delicious omelets.

The load shedding is an inevitable feature in today’s South Africa. However whenever there was a power outage, the tv would switch on automatically. Also in the middle of the night. The AC was very noisy and we tried to keep it on minimally. The room does heat up quickly and contrast to the tv, the AC unit would not switch on automatically after a power outage.

Easy access to the city by car. Ample parking available and low noise levels. The view from the hotel room was also fantastic.

The confusion of rooms and multiple bookings is about as close to finding something I didn't like.

The customer care is far above the rest compared to all locations that I have ever gone to in the past. The man at the reception was a very pleasant man that made my family feel a warming welcome. The management found we came from far and assured us a special room with the view of Table Mountain. That was just another special act from a team of people who have pride beyond salaries in my opinion. The rooms are absolutely beautiful looking like a well manicured lawn. The room was very comfortable and large than it looks in the pictures and compared to others. The delightful pool with toys for children making it a perfect place for families as my daughter is asking for us to return as soon as possible. Now we got to talk about the food for days. Delicious food well prepared for kings with a large selection for all cultures and religions too. The price for all these wonderful food and places is well worth it.

Could benefit from an improvement in bathroom amenities (sleepers, toothpaste, body lotion). Could benefit from an improvement in restaurant menu (more choices) and size of main bed could be larger, and the extra bed smaller.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool. Excellent transfer service. Halal catering. Hotel clean and well organised.

Aircons are the real worst thing. We had to change our room in the middle of the night due to it being so so loud. The next room was better but still loud. I see that this was a general issue with other occupants too.

Not necessarily anything I didn’t like but I would suggest having more breakfast options for those that don’t eat pork.

The staff is super friendly and went out of their way to make sure my mom and I were comfortable. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect!

The shower in the bathroom is inside the bathtub, which is a challenge to navigate.

The staff at the front office were very helpful and welcoming. They also share a lot of helpful information, which was appreciated. The hotel is red and warm coloured, which makes you feel right at home. The restaurant is lovely with some good meals and a great breakfast. One morning, there was an issue with power, but the staff did their best to make us comfortable and made accommodations for our breakfast. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great, a few steps from a neighbourhood mall which was convenient.

Wish they could have separate rooms when booking for more than 2 people. I was traveling with my 2 daughters & my nephew. It was so awkward since the space only has privacy in the loo. The beds are also noisy. U literally hear urserlf everytime you turn when u sleeping.

The service was lovely everywhere from reception, dining hall & room service. Special shout out to Zanele, Sibongile, Brenden, hotel support services & the young man serving at the dining hall... pity his Xhosa name escaped my mind now that I'm writing the review. Had a room with a beautiful table mountain view.

Please, the only issue was the water pressure (next to zero) and that the taps are marked wrong (hot is cold and vice versa) in the entire bathroom, that was extremely annoying! The water temperature would also change by itself during the course of a shower, from hot to cold back and forth! Room 406!

The only thing was that we werent quite sure if the meat was bought by an actual Halaal supplier. I googled the meat supplier and they sold unhalaal meat as well. You should get your halaal meats from a fully halaal meat supplier

I didn't like the breakfast as it doesn't cater for people that don't eat beef or pork. A suggestion is to have either lamb or chicken on your daily breakfast menu.... Thanks
