Kitchen wear old and needs upgrading. Doors jam. Netting fence between neighbors on one side, caused a racket with my dogs and the neighbors dogs. Blocked and overflowing kitchen drain when we arrived but sorted out the next day. Gas braai was made available but did not work. Owners have noted all the issues.

There wasn't any toilet paper in any of the toilets. Luckily there was a shop nearby.

The location is perfect, the home was clean and accommodated our big family perfectly. There was sufficient space for everyone. The WiFi was great too, no issues.

Cockroaches and ants that was the disappointment wife and kids are scared of those and we just got there and they were crawling all over the kitchen. We took out food to.eat and more came out.

The bed covers are small in the room with 2 single beds and the bedroom upstairs. The water STINKS so bad the house smelled like a sewer all weekend, although it’s tank water but I’m sure something can be done about the smell. The outside of the house needs to be improved and cleaned up more. You can’t not have extra blankets in the house because you never sure of the weather you need to provision extra blankets and get rid of the old faded towels.

The inside of the house is very nice they have almost everything you can need to use in the kitchen if you are travelling as a group, the house is very spacious and it looks decently decorated although abit vintage.

The place was perfect, beautiful view, excellent security, value for my money and have everything needed for weekend away.

The place is not safe at all. More especially for females traveling alone. We were attacked and robbed at knife point. It was just after 9 and we weren't even sleeping. The intruder entered at the beach side because the fence is too low. The worse experience of my life. We lost our cell phones, money and bags and other belongings. The trauma we suffered is unimaginable. The worse vacation of my life. The owner/s didn't even check on us the following day. Proper fencing must be done to avoid such incidents happening to other travelers. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

A lot of ants and roaches. Couldn't use downstairs bathroom as drain was blocked. Kitchen utensil in pathetic condition and really bad torn curtains in bedrooms. Messages and enquiries were not attended to. I had to message so many times to get a simple answer. Noticed owners of blocked drain on their group chat they don't respond and then as we are about to leave random man appears in yard and we were not notified of anyone coming to fix plumbing. Checkout time is 10am but maids are there at 9am and in our way as we are packing. Didn't bother to even notify owners of some of the issues because they probably wouldn't even respond timeously. Place needs a major upgrade and pest control. Paid a lot for this place and definitely wasn't worth it. They lack proper communication

Shower was not draining and basin filling with stinking water. Although this was reported nothing was done to solve the problem. Dishwasher was broken but we had been notified and offered a lady to do dishes.
