We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe place is not what you see in the pictures. WiFi network not working. The front desk and foyer was dirty. We had to wait for our other room to be cleaned. There's no security for unruly guests making noise until dawn..very noisy place I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends 😏😏. The sheets were not changed regularly.

South AfricaParking space is not sufficient, workers quarters close by the rooms not a pleasant scenery where their staying, coffee and tea not in sachet rather poured in containers. Their was too deep not safe for both adults and kids.
I did not breakfast there as I would wake early and go explore Durban, free wifi, nice comfortable beds, pool, situated in a nice area where we could even see Mamkhize huge mansion.

South AfricaEverything from the Outside to the Inside. The Room stank of cigarettes. There were cigarette butts out by the door. Cockroach in the room. Linen was dirty. Curtains hanging off hooks and full of mildew. Coffee cups from all different sets. Toilet bin lids missing. Bathroom leaking through to the kitchen.Garden furniture old, rusty, broken, dirty. Windows broken. Air Con remotes faulty, no batteries. Said it was a self catering, Which is False Advertising as it is NOT. I was woken up at 2am with a guest playing musical banging on the tin gate as he could not get in. Eventually I went outside to assist. This should not be rated a 3 and a half star. It does not deserve a star. It is a run down place that should look as going as a Backpackers. Not to mention, I get put into a room close to the pool, in direct eye view of people walking past, cars driving past that can look straight in. This place has so much potential, but is so run down. . Some staff were more interested to be on their cell phones chatting than assisting the guests.
The one lady went out her way to try and assist. Nathombile I think her name was.

South AfricaThe entire residence is filthy. We checked in and out an hour later. Rooms are infested with cockroaches and in poor condition.. The pool could not be used.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pictures and reality are completely different unfortunately.
