Not much not to like about the place, The bed was a bit squeaky. They do have a dog, it's not the friendliest, but it's also not much of a problem, parking needs more attention, weather in PMB can be rough, would be great to have undercover parking.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at home, the place is clean, I loved the fact that the rooms had air conditioning for the hot summer days

Beautiful location along the river in the lush hills of Pmb. Long-time accommodation that has everything required. Several good mall/eating options in driving distance, and located in a safe upmarket area.

Our stay was amazing, and the hospitality we received, from the time of arrival was really good. The breakfast packs for the road, just sealed the trip for us. Thank you for an amazing stay. 5 star all the way.

Furniture and beddings seriously need an upgrade. Curtains insanely loud and floral. Uncomfortable bed. Stained, old towels. No coffee station in the room. No toiletries available. Aircon blew such dusty air it gave my daughter an asthma attack. Rooms not soundproof, could hear neighbour's move around till 1am. No provisions for loadshedding - not even a candle with matches. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast served to all guests at one dining table - it was quite awkward. Overheard the hostess make a snappy remark when she didn't realize we were waiting to hand her our keys on departure.

The bnb is conveniently located close to Liberty Mall. Our room had it's own entrance with parking and remote control gate. The room was equipped with a bar fridge. Bathroom was clean despite being rather small and cramped. The host made somewhat of an effort to accommodate my vegan diet for breakfast, even though I only informed her I am vegan on arrival.

There is nothing to dislike, we have no complaints.

When we arrived we were welcomed by Auntie Pam who were super friendly and gave the B&B a warm loving mother atmosphere 😊 we immediately felt welcome and although the stay was very short we enjoyed the good nights rest in a clean room cantered to all our needs. We had a warm shower, mini fridge, air-conditioning plus a TV to further help relaxing us and enjoy the stay even more since it was our 1 week of being married 👰 we needed the piece full break. We were spoiled with a lovely breakfast the next morning to help kickstart our busy day ahead with a beautiful garden view. 😉 We thank you for the hospitality Auntie Pam.

The racial comments were just shocking, on the morning of our check out we found out that our room was the only room that didn't have hot water,I assume because we were in and out of the house the night before because my friend smokes and I guess the owner of the house didn't like that and to our surprise, we woke up with no hot water in our room and it was so cold, when we alerted the owner about this water issue we were told that maybe it was the municipality water shortage issue, but now the problem with that excuse is that other rooms didn't have this problem it was just us, we were very confused and so they brought us hot water in a bucket to bath with, she didn't even suggest that we use another bathroom to shower ,It was just so disgusting 🤢

Nothing, at breakfast when I asked if they had bacon the response was just so rude. I was told that this is not a 5 star hotel, and I was also told that they did not have bacon because Muslim people don't eat pork.

the owners have a dog on the property. when we left in the morning the dog continuously jumped on us. it was raining and the wet dog, dirtied our clothes. in addition the owner of the dog made no serious attempts to restrain the animal. In trying to fend off the animal and prevent it from jumping on me I cut my finger. This affected my work for the rest of the week. It was obvious that the owners had no respect for the guests, as she told us that she wasn’t aware that we were departing at 6:15 am. This establishment should never be used as a BnB. The owners do not any pride and respect for their business. They are best suited to run a animal shelter.
