Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast was excellent. House was nice and spacious. Simba the game ranger was excellent and a superb person. The chef on site makes the most amazing food. Overall amazing friendly and courteous staff.

South AfricaThe road to get to the lodge was not so good ,they need to work more on making they road friendly to they customers. we had made tranfers to the lodge of R1113.37 with our card the day befere we got to the lodge and it was on a friday so bank didnt clear the transfer on that day and we had to pay when we check out on sunday i spoke to the mananger said they'll refund the money still today we did not receive that money, his not answering my calls the funny thing is that, that money appear on the bank statements .
The rooms where comfy and nice,swimming pool was the kids enjoyed and also the play room was cool too.

The place is really big. The area is fantastic. The Air con works wonders! The boma, the appliances, everything worked beautifully. The staff was Super super exceptional! Simba was great, the game drive guy. The Pool, braai, resturant and pub facilities were AWESOME!

South AfricaIn a game lodge where you take little children to see animals, you wouldn't expect to see a huge collage of photo's of people posing with the dead animal they had killed. We found that quite distasteful.

South AfricaWe had geyser issues in our chalets and the guy who was supposed to fix it didn’t come back. He just came to check and left. It’s winter. We need hot water and the geyser was tripping the electricity sometimes, being on the dark wasn’t cool at all.
The chalets were spacious and clean. The chalets are not sooo close to each other. The staff is friendly. Pinky is amazing and helpful. The manager also responded to my issue promptly. The game drive was nice and the driver “Sam” was friendly. We are definitely planning to go back
