Basics missing, the shower in room 5 only has one side of the door so when you shower water gets spilled on the floor. There was only one towel in the room. No Iron for clothes

Their curtains don't really close it leave a space in a way that a person who is outside can see you but I guess they can fix that.

1.The roads are not so good about 1Km to the hotel 2.My bar fridge in room 7 was not working 3.Shower has no door water spills out creating a slippery hazard 4. Their reception office door makes so much noise when opening or closing and is in their faces makes you wonder about those things not in their space 5 . Parking is tight don't think it can accommodate all the cars meaning you might have to wake someone up to remove their car in order for you to exit. 6. For those who enjoy channel 157 and 161 bad luck as it is not available. 7. Did not see any booklet in the room which normally informs you about the venue it's surroundings including the WIfi password.. 8 . Only one towel was allocated had to go request another one . 9. Receptionist had to phone someone to clear things up even though a day before arrival I had phoned and was informed all is 100%

There were people who came in early morning from partying and were playing very loud music in their car. I was in unit 9 and had no access to Wi-fi whatsoever. They should consider getting a Wi-fi extender so that all guests can have access to it. There were 2 guests in the room however we were only given one towel to share which does not make sense at all.

The location is very ideal as it is close to the CBD and is also close to Thavhani Mall and the main Road leading to the Kruger National Park Punda Maria gate. They also had backup power for when loadshedding hits the area.

The road to the guesthouse is bad, especially for a private car , the stairs to the room i was in is not safe, one can fall

Wifi wasn't working. We didn't hear anything about breakfast. The piece of road from main road to the hotel needs urgent attention cutlery for 1 person in the room. Parking is tight The mirror in the bathroom was too high.

I would suggest the place be fumigated regularly.

The place was overall decent and value for money. I appreciate that a thorough cleaning of the rooms was done whilst we were away, that was appreciated.
