Block out blinds/curtains required in main bedroom, as the windows are on the eastern side, and with only a wooden blinds, the room gets too bright too early in the morning, so not easy to sleep from after sunrise.

I would have rated 10 if it weren't for the awkwardly angled plug sockets that make it impossible to plug in 2 things at the same time (so no reading lamp if you want to charge your phone overnight). Ventilation needs improving. It was really hot with no fans (rooms have no AC). We had to leave windows open, which let in mosquitos & noise. One bathroom had a broken extractor vent. Also, it'd be nice to have some salt/shakers in the kitchen.

The apartment is spacious with cute decor & good appliances. The beds are comfy. The cleaners are thorough & the 24hr security team gives peace of mind. Loadshedding is not a factor due to generators. The location is superb, from galleries to brunch spots & markets/malls, a lot of placed are walkable (10mins drive or less). We liked it so much we ended up extending our stay (which was hassle free :)

The staff was very helpful and had a warm welcoming attitude. As a family of four, we felt relaxed and at home. Very secure which is very important. Location was perfect because it's so close to the mall and all the restaurants in Rosebank.

The apartment was really dusty and we found a lot of bugs in the apartment. The single sofa has not been cleaned as there where full stains on it and the the cushion. They only supplied us with 2 toilet rolls for the entire stay for the 4 days. They left the half rolls of toilet paper from previous guests in the cupboard.

The apartment was placed perfectly near the mall and restaurants.

The mattress of the double bed has worn out and is sunken. The blinds in the bedroom are not block out. The windows in the bedroom do not seal well and let in a lot of noise of the traffic. The prepaid electricity ran out on the first night and the meter started to beep in the middle of the night. The towels are worn out hence thin and rough.

There was no heater in the flat and it was quite cold. You hear the street very well so I would recommend earplugs for sleeping. However the price service/performance ratio is good!
