Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandAll the doors need their hinges oiled (Q20 or WD40 would work a treat) . Also, the beds, were very very hard making for an uncomfortable sleep.
Perfect location, had its own back up generator which meant the Load Shedding of electricity that plagues South Africa had very little effect on our stay.

TanzaniaLayout of the rooms, shower cubicle and sink inside the bedroom hence one gets all the noise while one is showering and the room gets foggy due to steam feeling the entire bedroom. The shared bathroom has a bathtub would be nice if it was a shower instead. Hope they will invest in a generator handy during power cuts. Intercom maybe in the apartments so one can access the main gate office and open for the guest visiting. balcony furniture was missing in the apartment

South AfricaThe unit needs a mirror near the outlets in the bedrooms. Even though the accommodation was safe and secure, the area surrounding was not.
The facility was clean and spacious and had almost everything you'd need from a few days' stay. The unit itself was extremely hot, even with an aircon and fan. It should be lovely in winter, though, with the afternoon sun streaming through the windows.

We really enjoyed our Family stay here, location was fabulous, lovely apartment and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Central to everywhere. Thank you for a fanatstic family holiday experience. Loadshedding was frustrating so perhaps some emergency solar lighting for those times would help.
