Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaGood day Attached please find proof of payment that was debited of my account as well as cash payment that's was made at the bay shore hotel kindly refund this amount urgently. Ref number of debited amount is RM23100110145. Kindly note I was a guest at your hotel at number 330 bayshore. Very un pleasant service and place the security was alseep they hosted a function the night of the 30th that ran into the night way passed midnight to be exact 4am the music stopped further to this the constitution of South africa states no loud music after 10pm and alcohol abuse after this time in an area which is demarcated as a no food and drinks allowed however the guests continued to misbehave and interup our peace even to the extent of upsetting my 8year old sons sleep by knocking on each door from 11:30pm then again at 3am photos attached after making a call at 20:44 to the reception desk to ask them to tone it down attached peoof on arrival in the room the sofa bed which my son was supposed to sleep on had no linen or pillow nor a towel provided for him. Upon the check I I was charged 3time I paid cash and charged on my card twice to which the staff said they cannot check the bank account on Jacob the manager can see that to my surprise on speaking to him he was unable to assist me now you tell me as a paying customer who does so many bookings with the place through wings travel management what should I do l? Not to mention the screaming the entire night by the people so what like animals then at 5:46 am they started there loud music on a boom box. I will await your feedback before I take this up further
