The Pillows were a nightmare to use. Please buy new pillows and provide a toilet spray instead of living an empty one there just a tin.

I loved the safety and the friendly and respectful staff. I also loved how my host made it easy for me to access the apartment and providing information about the rules of the place

The apartment wasn't very clean. I arrived and my bathroom bin hadn't been emptied, an empty soft-drink bottle had been left on the side, bathroom bin had brown marks (praying it was make-up and not poop!), the fridge hadn't been cleaned, the towels are meant to be white but they are an awful off-white colour. The bedroom light cover is broken. If you have OCD around cleaniless, then this place won't be for you just based on that. If host paid more attention to cleaning services considering there is a charge for it, I would definitely stay here again. The bed doesn't have a headboard. PS: There is no working desk so it would be difficult to work from here if you needed to.

The Blyde facilities are absolutely amazing! It is a very relaxing place. The staff at the facilities are great! The host was lovely. I asked to extend my stay, and she did so without any issues. She even allowed me to add an extra little person onto my booking free of charge. The apartment is basic, and cosy. It's the facilities that would definitely make me stay here again! The security of the estate is just amazing! I didn't feel scared at all. The night vibe at the restaurant is great, especially happy hour between 5pm-7pm!

The apartment was not clean, there were insects and the bedding had a funny smell.

I liked everything about the property, wished several times that it was my home. I wish they had a working fan though to cool down the room when sleeping.

It was the first time using Booking.com to book an Air BnB listed apartment. The owner’s communication was excellent. She explained everything very well. The property was clean and I’m good condition. It felt like home away from home.

the stay was fine on we had extended with our host and she double booked us so had to move us, and there were people where she moved us to so we had to be moved again yho!.. so you can imagine spending hours going up and down with our luggage, a nightmare!!! i wont be returning again, its was traumtatic for me.

Any BnB needs to have atleast tea provided, However, this one didn’t . The entrance access code was expired . There was no electricity in our apartment one day (phone batteries were flat) we couldn’t leave the estate to get food because exit access codes were not provided on time. The bed didn’t have a side pedestal . Now we have to sleep with our phones under the pillow . Please get better pots . The pots burn the food . One can’t even cook Pap with the pots. Since there’s a tv , Do Provide dstv/Showmax/ Netflix passwords on your TV . There was no soap for the dishwashing machine .

The entrance check in process was tedious, trying to go outside the complex was a mission with security struggling with their own system and making it our problem by delaying us at the gate. The service at the Maximo restaurant left a very bad taste in my mouth, our breakfast on Saturday was terrible, no toasted bread because of loadsheding, powder eggs used instead of real ones, entire meal was watery and runny and still got charged full price. Staff is not professional or friendly at all when entering or exiting the premises, made us feel more like intruders than guests.

The apartment was stunning and comfortable. My partner and I enjoyed being indoors watching TV and using the facilities.
