There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The Blydes being a huge estate, it was a bit confusing to get the exact apartment.

Very clean and beautiful, in a quiet area kept a good communication with our host. Was kids friendly and loved the interior. Exactly how it was advertised.

The apartment had cockroaches and the security guards at the pool area are just too strict it’s ridiculous. Also didn’t like the fact that we aren’t allowed into the pool area on the day of check out

The downside was the flies at the restaurant - a fly ended in my son's hot chocolate. The music at the restaurant was too loud. Security at the main gate and restaurant gate need to be more client centric. How to prepare the french fries needs improvement - too oily and out of taste. Signage needs great improvement, a map of the facility will be of great help. Supply of toilet paper and cleaning material, like dish soap was inadequate.

The facility is easily accessible and the kids enjoyed the breakfast, you just need to ensure that it is prepared to specifications. The water space was exceptional.

The apartment furniture is old and needs replacement. Put couches instead of bar stools in the balcony. General improvement on apartment maintenance will go a long way.

The estate is safe and the security is high. The place looks clean. The apartment was also clean. Entertainment facilities are great and kids enjoyed a lot.

The specific apartment we stayed in had cockroaches :( it would be nice if they fumigated the apartment, its beautiful but those cockroaches are disturbing they are all over…. also once we leave the apartment its very hard to navigate back to it, would be nice to have digital maps of the place so u dont go around the entire property looking for where u stay.

It was a bit far from the lagoon. They could've been water bottles or water in the fridge.

The place is big and clean. It also has everything you could ever need in the kitchen for self-catering. also, we had the iron and the coaches are big enough for a group. It was great!

Both toilet seats loose. Drain of shower blocked. Dirty cups. 5 cups for six people. Handles of doors and light switches dirty especialy in covid time. Carpets in bathrooms were very dirty.
