i'm not happy about the things they were supposed to provide us with especially the things to make tea there was nothing for tea when we called they said they dont provide us with fresh milk they only give powder milk which we never received until we leave we had to keep on calling them to give us things for tea which was sent to us on saturday after 11 but with no milk, the shower did't have the shower gel.

The place is beautiful and its safe and its very easy to get to the place using the map, the security is very tight you dont stress about your car and safety, you get some peace of heart and mind there's no noise

Toilet not flushing well and the fridge freezer was not working - frosted. And some cockroaches on the kitchen cupboards.

We loved the cozy rooms, the choices for couples decor services, the food was delicious, restaurant service could be better but it was busy. The water is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Its was a perfect apartment, Everything was provided for you, very organized. The lagoon was an amazing experience, was lucky enough to get perfect weather too. Amogelang Kekana, a God sent was always available to help whenever needed.

The bed was uncomfortable 😔 it made funny sounds, recommend the owner buys another bed, WiFi did not work at all 😭we tried to talk to the admin and since she said she's waiting for the response from the owner until we left.

The chandelier was too low, we kept on bumping our heads on it. I didn't like the inconsistency in the clock out time, in the app it said 11am , then after paying they said it's 10am.

When l booked they said braai facilities available when we arrived the braai stand later on the said no more charcoal braai is allowed and they failed to provide a gas one for us l was very disappointed because we had already made the arrangement.

The restaurant needs to improve the staff is rude and it took long for us to be attended had to ask the waiter to attend us the next thing we waited a whole hour to be served food but it was ain't that busy. Also the bedroom sheets they are clean but the permanent marks there are really creepy.

The place I was sleeping in had lot of things not working some where unstable, I felt like the owner does not check the place as she/he should. As it needs proper maintenance 🙏 N all they could say to us is that the maintenance guy will come Monday,whiles we booked for the whole long weekend, 🤔

I liked the lifestyle area and the environment surrounding, and it was so relaxing, I will definitely go back 😍😍😍♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️

The unit can be improved with frying pan and non-stick pots. Add a special touch be it a bottle of champers even if it is non-alcoholic or chocolate etc. A later check out will do,or better yet for one to have access to the facilities until 17h00 will be great.

I really loved the peace and tranquility. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beach atmosphere created plus all the facilities was a bonus.
