You need to change all the beds of the bedrooms..they literally broken and very uncomfortable...Get a bigger bed for the master bedroom...Improve the DSTV channels please...it's like I didn't have TV. As much as the facilities are great, they need professional management that will suit the exclusiveness of the complex...Restaurant menu and flexibility was really bad and literally did not cater for everyone..Get a professional Chef and a someone to run it professionally...

Washing machine was not working and we wanted to do our laundry before leaving and electricity was switched off the whole day on Saturday we thought it was load shedding and after calling the consultant to complain as it was gone the whole day the 2min after it was on

It is very nice place, spacious and too clean,you clean for yourself during your stay, everything you need is there,which I love because it makes one feel at home away from home, security guys are the best,very helpful and so much willing to assist..Iron is there,ironing board,dish washer,washing machine...nice balcony ,very quite place and close to shopping complex

Waited for more than hour in front of main gate, there were about 50 cars with us. Cockroaches in kitchen, only wet towels on the dry rack on porch, no black bag in dustbin in kitchen. On the day you are supposed to leave at 10'00 they do not allow you before 10'00 to go to restaurant to buy breakfast or to go to pool.

There is too many rules governing the estate, you would swear you are at boarding school. Uber can't fetch or drop you off at your apartment. Uber eats can't deliver to the door, and there was limited parking. In the lagoon they do not allow you to bring in your own water that was shocking 😒 😐.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and beautiful. The lagoon is nicely blue but other than swimming or rafting there isn't much to do.

The linen was not clean at all. The extra blankets had an awful smell. It was not pleasant st all. I wish you had mentioned that I must bring my own linen and blankets. The worst part is we arrived after all the shops were closed so I couldn't even buy my own. The beds could be at least 1 bigger in the main room

There’s is nothing to say, I did not see anything because my accommodation was not booked but the person who did me wrong kept ignoring my calls and the offices of the property and real owner of the apartment but kept posting WhatsApp statuses as if she did nothing wrong to prove how evil she is and worse posting church pictures and bible scriptures.

She is a fraud,I want a full refund plus compensation for transport cost of R2000 because we paid for nothing. The property is not hers I had to go back home after being stranded the whole day with my family.

Dirty upon arrival despite a week’s notice of an early check-in (and okaying by host). Patio chairs were broken and no patio table. Many lights didn’t work or even have bulbs. The unit was ridiculously hot and there were no fans. Cutlery was just thrown in drawers. The hob and extractor fans had huge cracks and broken pieces. Main room had one dirty hand towel and one clean one to use for Two adults. Not even one proper bath towel. Thus 2 of the 3 bedrooms had bath towels despite the ad saying bath towels were provided - 1 also had a dirty used hand towel. The as also said “sea view” - and it is most certainly not. The braai was Brocken on the ground and full of ash. There was also a random rolled up carpet on the lawn. The host also never extended our stay as promised and was extremely difficult to get a hold of. If the stay isn’t extended to the check out day there there is zero use of the facilities and lagoon. Thankfully the hotel was extremely helpful and would recommend the hotel stay over the AirBnB.

Ground floor unit. It was represented almost the same as on the website. However it was stated sea view and was several blocks from there. Needed to drive in order to see the lagoon.
