The bed in the main bedroom was quite small and uncomfortable. The ensuite was tiny and had no door. The water pressure in the ensuite was very poor. We used the other bathroom.

It was beautifully presented and very clean. Great location and security staff were very friendly. Place felt very safe. We were on the second story and the outlook was very pretty.

Excellent location in the centre of town. The agent managing the property was very helpful. Security was very good. Parking was good. The property was clean and well maintained. TV worked well. WiFi was good although the service provider had to change the batteries on the main mast which meant there was WiFi for about 12 hours overnight.

Little things that we would have appreciated were not there,,like toilet spray, small bin in the bathroom,hand wash a door between the bedroom and toilet area 😬. The fact that there was no cleaning services.

The establishment was beautiful and a walking distance to shops and restaurants,was impressed that they had board games and puzzles in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need and they 2 bright lights Incase of loadshedding. The owner was friendly and helpful via WhatsApp.

Main bed was too uncomfortable, with 2 single beds uneven, one softer and one totally worn out Am not sure it was declared that it's 3rd floor which is difficult for elderly people to climb stairs

There is a need for more rechargeable lamps, given the severity of load shedding, as there is only 1 lamp for the whole apartment and there are 3 bedrooms. Fortunately we brought a an additional lamp. It would be nice to have a soap in each of the bathrooms. The braai wasn't working properly, but we were able to fix that. The only really issue was noisy and drunken neighbours staying in an apartment downstairs.

Nice balcony area and tastefully decorated apartment with good air-conditioning and friendly staff at the securitygate and around the complex. Location good for local shops and restaurants. Would advise visitors to bring bug repellent if they are susceptible to insect bites.

It would have been nice to know it was on the 2nd floor and some of the photos were deceiving of the flats location. I chose it because one of our party had had a knee operation! Other sites are also advertising this property as on the ground floor. This is not true. The stair lighting didn’t work and our guest fell down the stairs.

Just a bit surprised when we arrived that it was 2 floors up without a lift. Would be difficult for those with mobility limitations.

Joey and her staff were really helpful and accommodating, especially that she was not aware our booking had been brought forward by a day. Lovely apartment with everything needed for a self catering stay. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants with great security too.

The management staff, Joey, was very poor at communication and does not deal well with feedback and concerns raised. Will certainly not book again or recommend the property due to the management agency staff.
