The cleanliness of the bathroom. It needs a deep good scrub down. I could never get the TV to work but I spent very little time there and didn't try hard enough. I had my laptop and tablet to stream. The rest was perfect.

There was no breakfast but lots of snacks and nice goodies in the fridge. Should use real butter and not margarine though. I loved the linen on the bed and they had good towels. The place was really quiet and I had a good night's sleep, every night. The rooms are very private and the presence of other guests on the premises did not bother me at all. I felt very safe as a single, female traveler. The hosts are great, friendly and very helpful.

Buddha Garden is a quiet sanctuary, in the middle of buzzing Cape Town. Hosts were super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Albert is a superb and super friendly host, the unit was clean and well equipped. The location is in a calm area but not far away from the beach and grocery stores as well as the vast Canal Walk shopping center. Overall a great location if you don't want to be in the touristic hot spots. Getting to the city bowl is a matter of few minutes by Uber or the myCiTi-Bus.

The rooms were a bit cold, but it's winter in SA. But he has a heating blanket in the bed!

The kitchen is very well equipped, including an electric egg cooker! Albert will explain everything in great detail. He will also advise you what is to see in Cape Town. He even gave me a short tour around the neighbourhood with his car, and his bus card to use for free (and an umbrella because it was raining).

There was absolutely nothing to complain or not like. If Cape Town is where you would like to visit then THIS is the place to stay

Oh my! I should've booked all my nights at this Guest house! The room was modern, had a touch of pure perfection. The "braai" area was so nice and cozy, after a long day galivanting it felt like home whilst enjoying a good taste of the Cape vineyards. The host suggested a few "to do" list that was easy to find around the area, the snacks and fruit in the room was such a nice surprise! Cannot wait for my next stay!

This is the second time of staying here and picked to stay here because of the location as well as the abundance of complimentary food, snacks and condiments available in the room on arrival. Alberts' willingness to move cars around so that the guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced is really great.

We liked the familiar atmosphere with Albert. He was very helpful. Would be a very nice location to stay for a longer period. There is a beautiful garden and a pool area surrounded by trees and flowers.

I booked to stay here because of the location, close to lagoon beach and Wang Tai & Bossa restaurants with spectacular views from both. Albert was amazing the extra goodies in the room and fridge were an absolute bonus. Room was perfect for my needs and the lovely and private garden areas were great. Albert goes out of his way to assists where he can and make your stay as memorable as possible

The location is good, close to the airport as well as big shopping centres, petrol stations and fast food. The My Citi bus stop is very nearby as well. Very good value for money!

I have never met you doggy Albert, jack russel hidden precious! :-). All was super plus.

You can stop searching. this is the place you want and trust me- I travel A LOT. I do not usually start with people but Mr Albert, host, is the one you know after a 15 sec you would like to have a beer with. The most helpful person with great knowledge of his country I have ever met. Albert prepared welcome pack with water, snacks, sweeties, sherry, maps, bus tickets, etc etc, he even took us for a ride to show neighberhood. given us his own garage. prodly owner of Lada Niva. washing your clothes- no problem, buying „blackout” bulbs with powerbank- no problem. He is so helpful, good companion and so genty person. Albert, it was a privilage to meet you. you stole my heart rescuing the little lost doggy while giving us a ride. the room- everything you want- good comfortable bed, hot water in shower, kitchen annex, comfortable place with grill just outside the room, birds, beautiful garden, safe place, parking lot. microwave, fridge, iron, eggs cocker, A LOT of kitchen stuff I cant even name. my citi buses just a 30 sec walking, Albert prepared for US even plastic tickets for buses!! swimming pool, late check in, late check out, everything! Book it, you will thank you later

Frimdly owners, great facilities, we were welcomed and felt like we wera at home the whole time. Secure parking was a great plus. Owners are very knowledgeable about the surroundings and will more than likely be able to direct you to wherever you would like to go.
