The appartment was very clean, modern, well equipped!! Less than 2 minutes walk to Rosebank mall. A lot of restaurants, Coffee shop....

Rooms are quite remote/separated from the hotel. Residents noise/ echo from neighbouring units prevalent.

Security staff outside were inconsistent and at times rude. Hotel terribly noisy over the two nights of New Year’s Eve Guests talking outside their rooms well past midnight and a dog barking. But our last night was quiet and excellent and we were offered late checkout which we appreciated.

Good rooms with two double beds excellent facilities and clean. Great breakfast and food in general. Inside staff were very good and accommodating.

The apartment style type of design. Swimming pool is a splash pool.

Good location. staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and loved the gym! Fast wifi and back up generator which made working from the hotel a breeze.

Night staff was rude at times. Access card could only take you to your own floor, very annoying when staying with family and you have yo take the stairs to their rooms

The restaurant did not have most of the food that were on the menu. Limited choice of beverages and some are over priced. The stuff is very but also very slow, we waited 30mins for someone to take our order and when the cocktails came it was not what we expected and ended up going yo another restaurant outside the water while it was heavily raining.

The hotel is quite chilled, affordable and not far from the mall/medical center.

There is nothing I did not like,however one staff member allocated us to a wrong apartment , which made me to panic thinking that my apartment was not reserved, but eventually all was sorted out.

The place is very nice and clean,check in and out process was so easy. It is located next to the shopping centres. I would also like to compliment Fundi Zwane for her wonderful service 👌🏻 and organising what I have requested. Thank you

The front desk staff was not the friendliest. Thought we payed directly via the app, when I enquired the response was hostile. Then was told breakfast was not included in price, but it was, also booked a cot , not received. Hotel was not full but was given a ground floor room at first where it was nosey, then had to request a different room. not sure if it’s because we payed less due to the discount received on booking.com that we just did not get the best service at the front desk. Doubt we will be back. Staff should go through bookings before a guest arrives, it was not my job to prove to you what I booked!
