The water pressure in the shower was horrendous. Honestly a big turn off of the property

we ate breakfast at a coffee shop right outside the hotel - was very good. The hotel management went above and beyond to find us a new room (despite being booked full) when we discovered our AC unit was not working properly and making a horrific noise.

Better communication regarding pressing /ironing if this is an upfront payment process it must come through when housekeeping collect items . The standard practice is to sign laundry to the room and if this does not apply herein this must be a pre requisite for collection

The location was close to the venue we were attending an event at. The Checkin staff were amazing and facilitated an early Checkin for the 3 studios we booked . The facility has very tight and assuring access security standards. The rooms are impeccable and bedding very clean. We got good recommendations for eating places and the security personnel escorted us to a nearby restaurant to have a late dinner . The front desk staff are very well suited for their roles and should certainly keep it up !

I feel if the studio accommodates two people then they should have two access keys. I had trouble with accessing my room cause I had one access key which meant I couldn’t go anywhere without my friend and they couldn’t go anywhere without me because we didn’t each have our own key.

I loved my studio apartment and all that was provided therein.

Lovely place. We were upgraded to the 1 bedroom apartment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and smelt fresh. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Security is really good.

We rented 2 units, the one unit 1511 deepfidge was covered in ice and we could not put a bag of ice in it..they definately didnt clean the deepfreeze for a while. Had only one sashet of coffee, but had alot of tea.

The kitchenette didn't have any crockery or cutlery, even though there was an oven and stove. There was limited utensils to use.

It was very central, the staff were very accommodating and it had great facilities.

I am not even sure where to start. From the moment we tried to park it was an issue. The security guard kept chasing us away telling us we are not allwed to park in open parking area. The uber drivers are allowed but we were not which ment we had to drive around the block 3 times, and with a 4 month old baby it is not easy! At reception the gentleman on duty at the apartments section did not once even try to properly help me. We booked 3 units - 1 was with the apartments and 2 was with the hotel. First i was told by this rude reception gentleman that i dont have a booking. Then i was told my booking was at the capital accross the road (which it was not) then i was told by him my booking must have been for other dates. Not once did he actually look at my booking confirmation email - read it. He just assumed everything with disrespect! After driving up and down between hotels i was helped by the reception at the other Capital hotel who told me to speak to the other receptionist at Trilogy who is dressed like her. I got back and this gentleman was extreamly rude! The lady receptionist eventually took my phone and checked my booking and there it was! BUT our rooms have been double booked! Can I add I paid for my booking when i made the booking a while ago. So the hotel "upgraded" me into a 2 bedroom unit, but i was told earlier the hotel section is completely full. The upgrade definitely does not make up for this rudeness of the receptionist of the apartments. I was really handled with disrespect from the gentleman. How hard is it to just look at my booking and guide me to his partner who sits right next to him? It must have been to much work!! I am deeply and utterly upset with the service! You can check the camera system to even see how many times i was at the reception desk and how i was treated! Is it a race thing? It sure felt like it! I hope this message reaches the right people and that they look into it.

The rooms were as expected Housekeeping was extra in helping with more coffee & milk.

Shower water temperature fluctuated rapidly between hot and cold in the morning, likely due to pressure demand from nearby units. Telephone wasn't working.

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Very quiet inside the room. Very, very comfortable bed. Clean, ultra modern bathroom. Rooftop pool is stunning to swim in.

The view of the vacant land in front of the building. The bar was also closed over the new year's weekend which is the time we wanted to chill at the rooftop pool.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants at Times Square. Rooms are nice and spacious relative to the surrounding hotels.
