We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThere was nothing we did not like. Every person at the hotel was proud of their work, and assisted us in every possible way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, within their abilities.
Traveling with a partner who has limited the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in any way possible. The bar and dining room was above standard. With very friendly staff and service. The Restaurant and Bar menu price's were very affordable, and the food was excellent. Even though there is no room service available yet, the restaurant staff was very helpful in providing a convenient dinner take away which was served in the room. The Bar was very friendly and helpful with request which was also served in the room. I will definitely stay at The Centurion Lake Hotel again

South AfricaNoisey guests, that were running, shouting and knocking on doors past midnight, without any staff monitoring and correcting the situation. One evening, 3 guests only had their shorts / boxes on and were sitting in the hallway talking loudly. There was also a day that maintenence staff in the room next to me was hammering, drilling, angle-grinding for such a long time that I took my things and left to another location as I couldn't do any work. If they had informed me, I would have made arrangements for my calls and meetings to be done elsewhere upfront.

I was fortunate to enjoy the World Cup Rugby Final at this hotel. Great vibe and the outdoors big screen was a huge win! The hotel is older (nostalgic) but very well kept. Breakfast is simple but more than adequate Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant. I have booked again.

South AfricaThere were no water in the rooms, no fridges, we requested a day before to check out an hour later since we not from that side, and we traveled by bus, so we just request to check out a little bit later so we don't have to go and sit around for a long time at Pretoria station, but when we come back just before 11 our room we're blocked, with no communication and our luggage were still inside the room
