Fantastic communication before the trip. Big and very comfortable rooms. Excellent location in the heart of Clarens, we parked our car at the start of our trip and didn't have to climb in it again. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We will return.

We enjoyed the fact that rooms come with Netflix and Amazon Prime Rooms were cleaned beautifully , but staff never overcrowded us . Facilities like Espresso machine also appreciated .

Amazing Location, great service, easy access and not bothered by staff, yet they are readily available should you need anything, its great value for money. It is great to wake up in the morning to the smell of bakery below.

The host was welcoming and provided helpful recommendations when asked for advice on where to go for dinner. We highly recommend you take the time to enjoy some of the excellent produce of the Courtyard Bakery.

Room was comfortable and well located close to all restaurants and scenery. Room was clean and cleaned properly everyday. Hosts was extremely warm and friendly. Can really recommend and will definitely use this host again.

Fantastic location, nice warm room and comfortable bed for a cold night. 1 minute walk to the brewery which was convenient and a great experience for a short stay in Clarens. Breakfast at the owner's bakery in the morning was also delicious.

South Africa5 reviews“Great value for money”It can get a bit noisy during peak times like lunch and dinner due to the rooms being right over/near the restaurants but it was not too disruptive for us, just something to note if you plan on staying in the room during these times.
The room was modern and neat. Location was close to all the amenities. Electric blankets and heater provided. Complimentary sherry was a great touch! Jane was a lovely host, giving us great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

central location. The owner was the perfect host with a fountain of interesting knowledge. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and rooms were very clean. The milk supplied in the rooms was lovely and creamy which made the perfect coffee. The perfect bakery with the most delicious croissants and coffee right on your doorstep.
