    Check in time was at 15:00, received a message from the host at 15:22 that they are "upgrading" me to another unit as there was something wrong with the toilet at the unit I booked, got there a few minutes after 4 and the unit was still being cleaned, had to wait outside. The unit seemed like it belonged to a permanent resident, it didn't smell nice, showers had no towels, there was only 1 old towel in the bedrooms. curtains had no lace so couldn't open them.

    The host was available to assist with any queries.

    Air-conditioned. Clean linen.

    The rating was not true . I usually look at ratings to book. The property was doable but not as clean. Broken windows. Not 8 star definitely.

    There was nothing that I liked. The address given (Northumberland Ave) was incomplete. The owner did not pick up his phone - I tried for three hours. In the end it was getting dark so I had to book somewhere else. Then the owner refused to cancel teh booking - so I am out of pocket. I called booking.com and the person I spoke to, agreed that the owner should give me a full refund - but nothing has so far happened.

    The adress is incorect left me running up and down for correct street adress when owner send me adress the adress agian was wrong the place name was not the crib struggeld to get in because i need a pin when i left to buy food strugeled to get in again because i could only use pin once
