We were not told that we had to book for breakfast on arrival and had to find our own way for two mornings out of the three as they do not keep supplies on the premises. It would also be nice if they could provide ashtrays outside for the smokers. We had to pay via EFT as they were not able to assist with a card machine and we are still awaiting the invoice as they could not access their system and had no idea how much we needed to pay them. Fortunately, we had the booking details with us so we could assist in this matter.

They were able to assist us with arriving after 20H00 on the premises. They also accommodate us with meeting space on the day of our departure after 11H00

I didn't like the fact that tge property does not have security guards and no security burglars at all.

It would be great if the facility could offer its guests access to a common fridge and microwave, I felt so awful having to ask the staff to assist me when it was late. Also……it would be great if the cleaning staff could clean under the beds - that was the only issue I had since I have a bit of an OCD tendency 😉.

The property and its location are exceptional….a short drive to retail stores and restaurants!!! The greenery and peace were what my family and I needed from the GP buzz! The facilities were amazing……my hubby put in a brief workout in the gym area and also got to take a walk around with our daughter to enjoy the scenic beauty offered by this property - which was a bonus!! It feels safe and the rates were also so fair…….considering the natural tranquility offered by its location….WOW! Our room was spacious and bed was also comfy too😊 Loved the friendly staff who were available to assist on request.

Toilet seat was broken. Since reception is in another area there should be a phone in the room to contact them if anything than having to walk outside. (it was raining). The parking was far from the room.

Breakfast was good, expected it in a dining room but had room service. The room could have included a table to eat on, was uncomfortable eating under the TV.

For the purposes that I had gone to Durban, it was far from where I needed to be. This obviously is not a complaint that I can attribute to the hotel.

I didn't have breakfast, left early in the morning for my flight. The staff were very helpful though.

Attention to detail in terms of welcoming first time guests, cleaning, as well as health&safety is lacking, however, nothing a little training can't address. Neither Uber Eats nor Mr D have a footprint here, which I found quite inconvenient. There is no security at all here. Access to the property remains open to the street 24/7, no guards or alarm, the back door remains permanently unlocked to the upstairs area. I would not stay there again because of the lack of security. It is within close distance to an informal settlement, along a main road, hence my concern as a solo female traveler.

The staff are outstanding, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. It was a pleasure to meet and interact with them all. The gardens are beautiful and rooms comfortable with spectacular views. And the ladies in the kitchen never disappointed, all meals surpassed expectations!!! Thank you🙏🌈
