My bathroom door didn't have a handle and that made it difficult for me to shoot some content. My curtains and towels where also worn out, but at least they are clean.

I skipped breakfast because I'm quite picky about what I eat, and I also have allergies, so I didn't want to disrupt my routine. Therefore, I prepared my own breakfast in advance. I advise that people read the review to know what they need to bring to make their say extra comfortable, because it's not a hotel, it's actually a lodge that is great for glamping (indoor camping) I brought my own electric blanket, my flask, my cutlery and utensils and a cooler bag, I will be bringing my own Kettle and Heater for the next visit.

The room I was booked into had a window for the other room's toilet everything happening on the toilet came to my room and also the air brick for another room worse they were smoking in both rooms even at the early hours of the morning

Perhaps an upgrade of reception area as its a bit dark and looks a bit unwelcoming.

one of my staff members stayed there, he really enjoyed the rooms, he enjoyed breakfast said it was well cooked, delish and variety was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and he really enjoyed his stay. it was literally around the corner from gallagher.

I didn't like that Netflix was not playing I didn't like that my room had no bin and I had no toothbrush cup I didn't like that sandwich had mushrooms inside them allof them ,i for one don't eat mushrooms. And what I did not understand is that they clean first the rooms of the guest who has left and not coming back,meanwhile as we are still in the premises our room will be cleaned late but we are still at premises .that made me question the cleaning method they're using.

My room was Ready in time and the staff was on they toes and the new breakfast menu was beautiful and Breakfast was read in time and the staff was smiling one way.

Smoking upon the reception, tissue wasn't inserted in our room had to ask for it, the plug is very far from the bed

Their Tv has Netflix, Reception staff and gate keeper is friendly, and one of the staff took it upon themselves to clean the pool so that we enjoy the stay

The signage is not clear from the road, it's obstructed and the GPS takes you next door.

They attended to all my queries urgently. eg TV remote didn't work, they tried to fix it but then moved me to another room. Frank was so helpful, he went over and above the call of duty. They connected an extension cord for me to charge my phone while enjoying the outdoors.

Noise from the relaxing area outside can be heard in the room. For a quiet person like me, anything to cushion or reduce the noise that gets into the room would be perfect! Aside that, it's a nice place to be

That we didn't have microwave,bar fridge ,plates ,class, cutlery in Ur room that would have been much better ,as we where not update that they where not available en we should bring our own staff,en more lights outside will do especially around the pool .

We didn’t have a remote for the air condition. Our room had a voile curtain by the main window (which is next to the door) and anyone passing by could see into the room. The room was not so clean and the shower had hair on the walls. The window couldn’t close because the handle was broken resulting in mosquitoes eating us for dinner.

The location and the property is really nice and convenient.

Regarding the breakfast it was as if they were buying when people needed something. Some rooms were bad.
