Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThere wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like. My preference when travelling is to be slightly more remote from the hustle and bustle of the main towns or cities. My preference would not be to stay here for long periods but it was comfortable and accessible for the two nights we were there. If you don't mind the hustle and bustle then its a good option.
Very spacious penthouse. Very central and above the main waterfront facilities and restaurants, so you're right in the mix. It was suitable for our length of stay (two nights).

South AfricaAt night there was tiny cockcroaches on the kitchen and pantry counter. That was not great to see. The venue was so beautiful and that completely put me off. It definitely needs a fumigation. Leather furniture needs an upgrade in the lounge area.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaUnfortunately the floors were very dirty to the point that we had to wear slip slops as all the floors need to be high pressure steam cleaned. The housek-keeoing people did wipe the floors however because of the ingrained grime all they are really doing is moving the dirt around. The carpets in the bedroom need replacing and the shower could have a clean with a mildew treatment. It is also pointless having a TV if it cannot be used, although this did not bother us. The security door entering from the shopping centre staircase was not operating and anyone could enter through it. All of these points must be addressed.
The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom spacious.. The Charlotte Rhys bath treats and shampoo is a great touch. The kitchen is great for self catering and it is great to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays.

South AfricaThe fact that there is no TV. I dont own a laptop and was not buying one for the occasion! No freezer compartment in fridge so had to buy ice and then use it quickly. a bind as we like a nightcap in our room!! Room not serviced and no cleaning equipment for bathroom to do myself.
Location very central,within walking distance to restaurants and walks. Studio very nicely appointed, love the whistling kettle!
