Parking was a bit of an issue. Thought the accommodation was right by the main lodge where you collect the keys.

There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like. My preference when travelling is to be slightly more remote from the hustle and bustle of the main towns or cities. My preference would not be to stay here for long periods but it was comfortable and accessible for the two nights we were there. If you don't mind the hustle and bustle then its a good option.

Very spacious penthouse. Very central and above the main waterfront facilities and restaurants, so you're right in the mix. It was suitable for our length of stay (two nights).

The tiny fridge! It was impossible to store anything other than possible a litre of milk and a slab of butter and cheese

The Apartments are in the centre of town. We stayed in two different apartments- the apartments on the street side facing the village were more spacious but way more noisy than the apartments facing the sea

At night there was tiny cockcroaches on the kitchen and pantry counter. That was not great to see. The venue was so beautiful and that completely put me off. It definitely needs a fumigation. Leather furniture needs an upgrade in the lounge area.

Unfortunately the floors were very dirty to the point that we had to wear slip slops as all the floors need to be high pressure steam cleaned. The housek-keeoing people did wipe the floors however because of the ingrained grime all they are really doing is moving the dirt around. The carpets in the bedroom need replacing and the shower could have a clean with a mildew treatment. It is also pointless having a TV if it cannot be used, although this did not bother us. The security door entering from the shopping centre staircase was not operating and anyone could enter through it. All of these points must be addressed.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom spacious.. The Charlotte Rhys bath treats and shampoo is a great touch. The kitchen is great for self catering and it is great to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays.

Streetlight which lit up the studio all night. Fridge inadequate size, no place for ice. Deck area needs maintainance.

our room window opened up on a recycling area which was noisy sometimes.

We could use the main hotel swimming pool and breakfast area! absolutely gorgeous!

-That theres no breakfast,. -The maintenance technicians attidude. -No room cleaning services, (taking out trash). -Cold water when showering in the morning, geyser water.

The fact that there is no TV. I dont own a laptop and was not buying one for the occasion! No freezer compartment in fridge so had to buy ice and then use it quickly. a bind as we like a nightcap in our room!! Room not serviced and no cleaning equipment for bathroom to do myself.

Location very central,within walking distance to restaurants and walks. Studio very nicely appointed, love the whistling kettle!

1) Hand basin plug wasn't working 2) Of 4 nights, the hot water was luke warm to cold 3 of the nights, until we complained 3) the table was wobbling so badly, that we were unable to eat on it 4) microwave set on high shelf - dangerous to remove hot liquids 5) Aircon only able to be set on cold 6) bed mattress very hard 7) cutlery inventory had not been checked and there was only 1 dessert spoon

The shower water was extremely cold since the Friday until the Sunday.

The location was central - very close to the shops and the beach, and the room was neat and tidy and more than enough space .

Going to reception to collect keys and then drive to B and B found slightly inconvenient and car was in an open parked area which we were told was a guarded property however never saw a guard after 6 pm.

the only problem we had was the bathroom flooded because shower was blocked, but they sorted it out immediately.

The only negative was the fragrance used in the room was very overpowering and we had to keep the widows open for a period of time to air out the apartment.

Early morning bin collections. It's way too load! Ourselves and good friends who stayed in a different room, had to wake up early mornings because of this.
